Ultimate Evolution
Part III: Things To Come
---------------------
December 10th, 2007
Well here I am back in Hawaii, just lying out on the beach catching some sun. In all honesty it’s the perfect thing to do, especially when you have a match coming up that night, it really allows you to clear your head. Helps to put things into perspective, I mean in the last few weeks I have decided to sign with a new company, decided that I want to move down to Miami with Reno whose my best friend, no were closer then that he might as well be my brother. But none the less, the point is I’ve decided two major potentially life changing events, not to mention the fact that I have also successfully talked my girlfriend into coming to Miami with me, once her courses are done and she can get in as part of the intake down in Florida. How many people can honestly say that they made a decision to up root life without even talking to there girlfriend and have it really go off without much of a hitch.
I mean sure she was mad at first which was expected but we talked it out.
It’s at the point where she’s even excited about this opportunity now. I suppose most don’t have that certain shall I say Savior Faire to pull something like that off but I do, because lets face it I’m not a typical run of the mill guy. Something tells me also that like a fine wine I’m going to keep getting better with age. That in it’s self is a little scary considering I’m already a highly sought after talent and I’ve just recently turned twenty-two. So recently in fact that my birthday was on the seventh of this month and it’s only the tenth now, so you can clearly see that I’ve come along way and will only continue to move on to bigger and better things in my life.
It’s all about growing and evolving, as you continuously make an impact. For if you can’t accomplish showing the world what your all about you will have no status, and you simply fade into the background, Personally I will never let that happen to myself because I have to much drive to succeed, not to mention that I thrive on the challenges that are placed in my way. After all the more you accomplish the more likely you are to have the finer things in life.
Speaking of finer things that would be the perfect way to describe my birthday party last week. I swear that party was truly the IT thing to be at that night, I mean the music was bumping loud all night, the drinks were flowing like water and the atmosphere was buzzing. It had to be one of the best parties of the year not to mention probably the best of my life. When I think back to it though how could it not be, what’s better then being surround by your best friends at a privately owned nightclub that was ours for the night, so only the most important of people who were there by invite only were allowed in. That’s how I and the rest of the Iconoclast roll though, we doing things with style and flare, which is exactly why nobody left that party early in fact I think no one person left until we were all ready too. (That was also the time the owner of the place told us we had to leave…)
Then there were the gifts … damn those were awesome.
Really though that is a story for another time, I thought to myself still reminiscing in my mind but now with eyes open, hidden behind my pair of Georgio Armani shades. Getting up from my spot on the sand I pick up the towel I was laying on and toss it over my right shoulder as I begin my walk back to the hotel, to do some last minute workouts before I meet up with Reno for dinner.
After all that is said and done we’ll get to the arena and show those Perfect Strangers just exactly how things work, when the Iconoclast is in town, those are things to come.
Have you see those times in movies where the underdog says something and suddenly one person starts a slow clap and then it turns into a thunderous applause? Well that seems to never really happen in real life, and once again the Perfect Strangers demonstrated this perfectly. You see it wasn’t all that long that another mind numbingly idiotic promo was aired thanks to our opponents this week and what did they do? The flipped up there attitude and suddenly went from being this is their big shot to attempting to actually get the message across that they are indeed better then the Iconoclast. I for one couldn’t help but simply scoff and shake my head in vast disappointment that these Perfect Strangers went and did the one thing you should never do in a promo. They flip flopped, yes that’s the technical term for it. See they showed before that they thought of this as shot for them then the second time magically they thought they already have this match won? Sounds like two guys in this match have no clue what there doing and just keep trying random angles and saying whatever they think might sound good at the time to try and sound important or like they even have the smallest of a chance. If you think you accomplished that with your two completely different standings on attitude from two different promos you are sorely mistaken.
The only thing you accomplished Chase was looking even stupider then your nearly brain dead comatose looking friend you bring along with you. Which is a feat don’t get me wrong I mean making yourself out to look like a bigger asshole then a comatose nearly drooling looking idiot must have taken a hell of a lot of work. Yet you made it look oh so easy, so congrats on that. I bet your real proud of yourself because you think you did something that gives you the edge in this match, right that’s what your thinking isn’t it? I bet you think that last promo of yours has really got to Reno and myself. It hasn’t though because it was nothing but pointless dribble, it was simply like you pulled out a book entitled “Heel for Dummies” and just flipped and found a page with a generic style promo in it and just read it line for line and simply inserted name of opponent here. Now sure you can be proud of that all you want but all it has done is made you look way less credible then when you started out. It’s pretty much like Reno said in his promo, you two look like dumb and dumber … but I’m going to correct him your more like Dumb and Dumber’er . Which one of you is which I’m not sure that’s quite the toss up… on one hand you have the tard looking idiot on the other you got Chase, a guy that changes his tune more often then Britney Spears does something that gets her bad press.
Seriously that is impressive but not in a good way, or in a giving you the edge in this match sense. It only is impressive in a just when we thought you couldn’t suck anymore then you did you’ve gone and proved us wrong. Honestly you’re like mega maid in the movie Spaceballs … Ya’ve gone from suck to blow and for that very reason I’m sure nearly all the viewers that have been watching this week are totally sure that the Iconoclast are going to win, even the select few that might have been pulling for you are not even trying to start that slow clap I talked about earlier because they know it’s useless and that they would look like idiots if they tried to support you to jackoffs.
Face it boys you have no chance of even being the least bit of a challenge for Reno and myself and yet you still had to sit there and talk yourselves us with lies and undeserved self hype. You might have bought into that crap when you were speaking it but I see right through it all. Do you really think I care if you compare you comatose buddy is a psychopath? Please whatever it doesn’t matter if he is Dahli freaking Lama if he sets foot into the ring with the Iconoclast then only one thing is going to happen he is going to be out thought out shined, brutal beaten and get slammed through a flaming table. See soon as you enter the ring it doesn’t matter how someone acts or what someone has said they can do it’s about what you can prove. Both Reno and myself have been proving for the longest time that we are part of the best in this business and it didn’t take some stupid gimmick or attitude of a psychopath to do it. Simply put your partner doesn’t matter, I hope he does go ape shit when the bell rings … that way I can simply kick him in the chin, Reno can throw him through a flaming table and we can laugh at just how easily the comatose threat went down in flames, no pun intended. For in the end I will be doing what I always do and that is stealing the show and proving to everyone out there that my future is so bright I have to wear shades.
So you can sit there and tell me how your comatose monster is going to play a big factor in this match all you want, but I know he won’t. I’ve been in this ring before with bigger stronger men then myself and it means nothing, for being big doesn’t make you good… being good, makes you good. Me? I’m damn good, so you get your little pet all programmed and ready to want blood to want to kill me… I want that to happen because when it does, I’m going to show your remorseless partner that him being psychotic, the fact that he was picked last in gym class, the fact that he didn’t have any friends as a kid, the fact that he was made fun of by everyone including the nerds, the fact that he’s never had a date in his life and took his cousin to the prom. Isn’t the worst thing that’s ever happened to him, no this will be for the one thing that should be a sure thing the way you talked it up is you and him winning. Well that won’t be happening and that one sure thing that he has been looking for his entire life of doing something that actually meant something will go up in flames and he will be left in a broken table with burns on his back, still stuck as the guy that never made anything of himself.
After all it’s like they say it doesn’t matter if he won something in the special class once or whatever because in the end he’s still just a retard.
Then Chase, then there’s you… as if I believe you’ve face people who are better then me… sure you have … I’m sure if you face anyone even close to as good as I am you lost. Other then that there is no way you’ve faced someone of my caliber because if you had and actually won, then you might be a real threat in this match, but your not … if you fought people on the level of the Iconoclast then you would be able to shoot a promo that isn’t boring and has people saying why can’t he stick to one ideal either this is a big match for you in a stepping stone kind of way or is it that your really great you can’t be both you stupid putz. That being said I really think the first promo you shot is where you really stand where your still nobodies and your hoping for one shot at greatness well this is it this is your shot but your going to choke like Shaq at the free throw line. It’s so obvious you’re a jobber , that your lame attempt at looking like a big deal took you from jobber to dark match reject all in one quick flap of your gums. You want everyone to believe you’re a big deal but your not, if you were then you wouldn’t have made so many mistakes and you wouldn’t have dug a hole and lied down in it after handing Reno and I those figurative shovels.
You’ve made your bed and you have to lye in it as they say. Luckly for you though your bed will have adjustable positions and a call button when you want something … because mark my words after this match you and your comatose friend that’s always behind you for some reason … will wake up in a hospital bed, wondering just what the hell happened to you. Then it will hit you you got a small sample of the Iconoclast’s A-game, and that will be way more then you can handle because that’s just the way it is.
