Scene One: Do You Understand?


Lights, camera action ….. Monday Night Raw hits television screens all across the world the crowd get to their feet and start waving their banners around.

::Jim Ross :: Welcome to another edition of Monday Night Raw and what I night it’s going to be.

The scene quickly pans to the backstage area where Cherry is leaning against a wall next to the soda machine a road worker is standing just in front of her the two seem deep in conversation although Cherry’s facial expression shows some nervousness .

:: Tom | Road Worker :: OK Cherry do you understand what’s going to be going on?

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva :: Umm………..can we go over it one more time.

:: Tom | Road Worker :: OK.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva :: Thank you.

:: Tom | Road Worker :: Tomorrow there will be a guy called Simon Geris coming to talk to you about possibly doing a shoot for him.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva :: (Looking Sheepish) It’s not in a bikini is it?

:: Tom | Road Worker :: No…….No Cherry it’s not that sort of magazine it’s aimed at young girls so no bikinis will be involved I promise you Cherry does this sound like something you would like to do.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva :: Yeah…………………..What kind of questions would he ask nothing personal I hope.

:: Tom | Road Worker :: He wouldn’t say anything to embarrass you I’ve sat in on one of his interviews and he’s a nice guy he always makes the people he’s interviewing at ease I’ve told him already you might be a little shy with him.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : Why?

:: Tom | Road Worker :: I usually tell him what the person he’s interviewing is like it’s helps him think of a photo shoot concept that will suit the person personality.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : Has he said what mine may be?

:: Tom | Road Worker ::No.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : I want to do this shoot so you can tell him that.

:: Tom | Road Worker :: You can tell him when he come here like I told him we have arranged for him to talk to you.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : Oh yeah.

:: Tom | Road Worker :: Cherry I’m going now I have things I need you to do I will see you soon take care.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : Umm ….OK see you Tom.

Tom walks away Cherry smiles sweetly and waves at him the camera zooms in on Cherry who is still smiling the scene slowly fades out to black.


Scene 2 : Can We.

The scene opens up in the backstage area and it quickly cuts to Cherry who is standing next to a very tall balding smartly dressed man the two seem deep in in conversation the man is leaning in by Cherry is leaning backwards with a rather uncomfortable look on her face, the man pulls back once her realises that Cherry isn’t comfortable with him being too close.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: I’m sorry Cherry I didn’t mean to make you uncomfortable.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : Ah Umm…….Umm you didn’t.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: Are you sure? Because you don’t sound very sure Cherry.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : I’m sure.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: Cherry can we go somewhere a little more quieter so we can to the interview.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : Ah OK my Locker room is just here (Cherry point to a door across the hall).

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: I see it lets go Cherry.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : OK.

Jack walks away first Cherry quickly follows him he pushes Cherry’s locker room door open and holds it open for Cherry who quickly walks through the door Jack lets the door go and he and Cherry take a seat on the couch.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: So shall we start the interview?

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : I thought we were just going the interview I didn’t realise I thought you were just going to talk about what would happen on the day of the interview.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: No who told you that?

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : A backstage worker.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: I’m sorry the didn’t tell you the interview was today, Can do the interview now?

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : I guess.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: Good, So Cherry how does it feel to be solo before it was always Deuce and Domino with Cherry and now it’s Cherry out on her own doing her own thing.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : It was all my brothers idea they said I wasn’t what the needed anymore and they thought I just got in the way.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: Do you agree with that?

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : No I’m better of on my own.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: Cherry I’m going to ask you the question everyone wants to know why did you quit the WWE for IWE?

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : Umm……………………..I wanted to.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: OK…….Cherry tonight you have a chance to prove yourself when you team up with Maryse, Crystal Louthan, Candice, and Gail Kim to take on Traci Brooks, Trish, Lita, Kelly Kelly, and Maria.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : (Cherry looks at Jack in confusion ) I have a match I wasn’t old this who told you I have a match.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: Mr McMahon we were just in his office talking about the interview and he mentioned that you had your debut match tonight.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : Oh..!

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: How do you feel going into this match?

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : Nervous I haven’t had a chance to prepare and I have never met any of the women I’m teaming with.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: So you think your chances of winning are low?

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : No I’m sure we will win we are the better team in my view.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: Cherry answer this honestly what do you really feel about the women you are tagging with tonight?

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : They are all great wrestlers and I hope they say the same about me.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: Is that all you have to say about them?

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : Yes.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: OK, So Cherry how do you feel about the opponents?

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : I don’t know them, I know they can wrestle all the divas in this match can so it’s going to be a great match but the winners will be my team.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: OK Cherry here is my last question and that question is what can the fans expect from Cherry?

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : What do you mean? I don’t understand.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: What is your goals what is that you want to achieve here on IWE.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : Oh I get it know.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: So.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : I just want to have fun and of course I would love to hold the women’s championship but for I want to have fun because what Cyndi Lauper said was right girls do just want to have fun.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: Thank you for your time we will be back in a few days to do a photo shoot for the magazine is that OK?

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : Yes.

:: Jack |Magazine Interviewer :: See you then bye.

:: Cherry | The Innocent Diva : Bye.

Jack gets up of the couch he flashes Cherry a smile she flashes a smile back and waves Jack walks though the locker room door and the camera quickly zooms in on Cherry who breathes a sigh of relief as the scene slowly fades out black.
