scene three,
Liang Kuan nu stood behind the Wandering Samurai, his eyes focused on the temple before him. There was a chance that any of those tainted samurai he saw before him could get hold of the sword of Gaea and throw the prophecy into shambles... but among them, who was the true chosen one?
Or were the rumors true, and was the man he stood beside now the one who would hold the power of the heavens and the earth?
Known as the Extreme Samurai, Liang Kuan nu was known by the world for his own unique sword abilities. He was blessed by the heavens to protect the people of the world much as the Wandering Samurai was, however he was not apart of the prophecy he'd heard so much of. Surely, the heavens would cast their light upon his mind should he be, and let him know so that he may be prepared for such a challenge?
Why should those who may suffer the problems of the prophecy so that he may walk in quietly and take the sword for himself? No, he wasn't there for that... he was there to protect that sword from evil's hands.
And the man beside him was most certainly not an evil man.
"Liang," came the voice of the Wandering Samurai, facing still the family before him, "I thank you for your presence today."
This brought a smirk to the samurai's features, as he continued to watch the samurai training outside of the holy shrine; "It's a pleasure," came his voice as he waved one of his hands to the side nonchalantly, his blackened skin looking hardened and cracked from all of the battles he'd endured just to reach the temple himself, "I wouldn't let these would-be destined samurai stop the true fulfiller of the prophecy from coming through."
A smile broke the Wandering Samurai's lips again, as he bid goodbye to the family he'd been consoling and stood beside Liang to view the samurai of the temple once again.
