The young striker Laudrup saved the Cosmos from their first ever defeat, as he tied things down at the 90th min against Real Betis. It was a hard fought match and both sides gave it their all, and apperantly their all was equal.

"I just went in there and tried to do what needed to get done. I think I got pretty lucky, but hey, it worked didn't it?" remarked Laudrup about his equalizing goal.
