It looks like the reinforcements for the new Season have been a great addition for the Cosmos. Mascherano and Mancini have been given the Cosmos some edge in the mid-field. As far as Heitinga goes, he's been the perfect side back the team's been looking for. He already scored an incredible goal in a game where he subbed in for Maldini, who is now sharing the LB position with him. The only players that question what many call the "perfect" aquisitions are goal keepers Akinfeev and Amelia. Akinfeev took in already 5 goals in the pre-season games. as Amelia got scored on his debut. But it's too early for further especulation, so we're going to have to wait and see what happens next.
