Background Information:
Frank is an absolute, very open, very flaming homosexual. He is the epitomy of gay. He is open and he doesn't mind telling anybody about. If you ask, he will tell you. He is not ashamed of his sexual preference and he takes pride in his lifestyle of choice. Part of the reason why he is open is so he knows he will automatically get his own locker room. He also knows that if he is not employed by the GXW, he knows the GLAAD will literally sue the living hell out of Eric Zieba and company for discrimination. He does all of the manifestation and innuendos associated with the homesexual persona. He doesn't care what other people think about him. The more they get offended, not only does it make him want to do it more, but it actually turns him on. He loves to do everything to shock people and really play with the minds of the so-called "homophobic" people in the locker room.

Frank knows that he can not wrestle. His mentality is even if he can't beat the guy, the object is to totally violate his oponant and mess him up, and in the long term to utterly humiliate Eric Zieba.

Frank speaks with a very feminine dialect. He is a very tall and lankey man. He has a modest muscle tone in his body. He is shaved all over...yes even down below in his nether regions if you know what I mean. I know you do. He has long pink dyed hair, big bright green eyes, white but tanned skin (He spends a lot of time in the tanning salons). Sometimes he will wear numerous dresses depending on his mood he is in. Often he will wear the dresses either to the arena or even on his way to the ring right before he takes them off for his match. To some girls, he actually looks better in a dress than they do. In other words, if he even tries he could literally pass for a woman if he really wanted to.

Frank's wrestling attire: This is what he will wear during his matches. His main choice of wrestling attire is literally and only; a hot pink thong or g-string, hot pink six inch stilletto high heel pumps, an ankle bracelet on both ankles, a toe ring on each toe, loose gold bracelets on both wrists, gold rings, his fingernails are painted in pink nail polish, gold rings on all ten fingers, gold necklesses, gold earings, and his tongue his peiced with a stud.

Background history: What's there to tell, Frank is a homosexual turned pro wrestler. Simply put, GLAAD noticed that Mr. Zieba had no open homosexuals in the GXW. They accused Zieba of discremination toward gays and threatened to sue him. To ease the threat of a lawsuit, and please GLAAD, Zieba compromised to let a member of the gay community into the GXW. He gave Frank a developemental contract and said that he had a certain amount of time to prove himself in the ring. Frank was handpicked by the gay community to enter the GXW and hopefully before a superstar or die trying.

N/A What titles? He's literally freakin gay ass jobber for crying out loud. He isn't supposed to have any titles.

Enterance: 1) Music que up: "Sweet Transvestite Transexual" By Tim Curry (RHPS soundtrack)

2) Frank Peters comes out from the back (Usually wearing various dresses and gowns that he can easily slip out of) to a loud, thunderous, deafening, decibal breaking chorus of boos and jeers. Tons and I mean tons of anti gay chants from the homophobic crowd almost drown out the song being played. Frank just walks dignified and proudly down the aisle with his manager and life partner Riff (Raff) Wiggler very closely in tow.

3) Frank walks up on the steps, slides into the ring between the ropes feminine/Stacy Keibler style. He poses in the ring before literally doing a strip tease and slipping out of his dress ready to wrestle. He is down to only a thong and his 6 inch stelletto high heels.

Normal Moves: 1) A Goldust style bronco buster (You know where he puts a little added crotch into the guy's face while he is laying in the turnbuckle)

21) "The Ram Nelson" It's a full nelson; however, Frank bends him over and does a pelvic thrusting into the guy's backside.

22) "The Rodeo Burger" While the guy is on his belly or just starting to get up on his hands and knees trying to rise to his feet. Frank jumps right down on the top of the guy's back and starts riding him literally as if he was a busting a bronco.

23) "The 69er" This is set up like the scotty 2 hotty worm; however he just skips the formalities and just runs over and tries to 69 the guy.

24) "The Screaming Banshee...in bed" This is no move, it's just him screaming at the top of his lungs for no reason whatsoever like a little girl.

25) "Ultimate Low blows" He just repeatedly hits the guy in the balls over and over and over again until the guy can't take it anymore...or until he gets tired and smokes a cigerette.

Set up move: "My bum is on your head (I wish it was something else)"

Set up Description: It's a Rikishi style stink face in the turnbuckle/corner.

Finishing Move:
"The Crotch Dropper"

Finishing Move Description:
This is basically a top rope flipping broncobuster. Similar to a molly holly molly-go-round. Oh yes, while he is pinning the guy down for the 1-2-3, he is rubbing his crotch in the guy's face.

Manager Name: Riff (Raff) Wiggler

Description of Manager: Riff Wiggler is a very short midget that accompanies Frank to the ring. He wears virtually the same things that Frank wears. Same type of dresses that Frank wears. In fact whenever Frank does his strip tease in the ring, Riff mimics what he does. Riff also wears a hot pink thonk along with Frank. The only difference with Riff is he wears a black leather zipper S&M mask over his face so nobody can see his face. The mouth and eyes of the leather mask is exposed.

Riff will in fact interfere even though it will not do any good. It makes no difference.
