Sarge/Douglas and the TV Title 4-Way were both excellent.

Everything involving that wacky Anonymous clan.

Overall Thoughts

Just a great, great show that delivered from top to bottom. Fantastic matches, some great angles that played for both comedy and intensity, and with three title changes on one show, it really gives a feel that Black Dawn represents a major turning point for the company.

My Thoughts

I like where things are headed in respect to both the EPW-contained storylines and the EPW vs. A1E stuff. My match was very well written - whoever took SB/Beast knows EXACTLY how I like SB to be portrayed in matches. All of the matches were well done, and the card was solid from top to bottom.

Congratulations to the new champions!

Great show, great efforts put forth by everyone coming in. I liked the other show-wide angle (I can't really comment on my own, can I? :p), and all the matches were befitting of a PPV. Sucks to see James go, but he's gotta do what he's gotta do. Congrats to Ryan, Kev and Shinder on their new title belts. I have to wonder though... where was Chul-Su? :(

I was gonna follow protocol but I read Douglas' assessment and mine would pretty much be an exact copycat.

The JA stuff was classic. During the build-up I was thinking 'Okay, where's he going with this?' then it culminated beautifully. Big Dog's arrival gave me goosebumps. I thought the IC title match was best. Ice Tre going through the ring was very innovative.

The TV, IC, and World title matches all stood out for me, so this is a tough one. I'd lean towards the TV Title match, because imho it's really difficult to write a Fatal Four-Way so well. Props to the writer.

First off, props and congrats to the new Champions for their wins, and the writers for their work. I felt like the show had great flow to it, which made it easy to read through for the most part. There was a nice mix of entertaining stuff [ie. JA/Ryan] to go along with the matches. The three title changes was kind of a cool thing to note, and the A1E/EPW stuff was very well built-up to the payoff. Great job.

I'm just going to give overall thoughts on the show, because it was great from top to bottom. Wish I could have given more as to the whole production of Black Dawn, but I seriously had my work cut for me with Adam. Sarge vs Troy Douglas was a hard fought battle in the RP section, so I'm very very pleased with that match. I honestly thought that match stole the show, and not because of who was involved. Whoever wrote that match did an excellent job.

I enjoyed the Ice Tre/Stalker match a lot. I thought that the opening segment with JA in the shadows was classic. I actually laughed out loud... wonder if they have a cool Internet acronym for laughing out loud? I'll just go with lol [(c) 2008 Josh Ray].

The A1E/EPW angle is playing out nicely and I think it's amazing how everything has come together, both with the main characters as well as all of the supporting guys. That's something to definitely be proud of.

"Phenomenal" Sanjaya-Scott Franklin and Nakita DaShutt were a great tone setter for a great card, too. Don't want to overlook those guys.

The comment about Vikings runing around had me thinking of those Capital One commercials (I think they were by capital One).

Great show!

I thought the XXX/Daymon match was written in a very dramatic fashion. It had the feel of a big game match, and even though I hate voting for stuff that my character is in, I think it embodied everything a big time world title match should be.

Segment of the Night
-> I really have to go back and read the entire show. I may come back and edit this.

Funniest Moment of the Night
-> Nothing made me really laugh out loud. JA is very entertaining I will say, and it was good to see him on the show.

Shocking Moment of the Night
-> No disrespect, and not to discredit Ryan, because he's great, but I was very surprised that Trip lost the belt. Usually, I know when I had my buttocks handed to me in RP and expect the loss, this one kinda caught me totally off guard. But, with all of that being said, it was a great moment and I am happy for Ryan and his Rocko Daymon character.

Angle of the Night
-> The EPW/A1E stuff, I'd say.

Feud of the Night
-> Ummm... Rocko/Trip was good. Stalker and Ice Tre was a great match as well, and I dunno.

Face of the Night
-> Ice Tre

Heel of the Night
-> The Stalker

MVP?
-> Rocko Daymon by far.

Top 5 of the Night
1.) Rocko
2.) Douglas
3.) The Forsaken
4.) Ice Tre
5.) Fusenhoff

Overall Thoughts
-> I thought it was a great pay per view and was glad to be a part of it. It seemed like the theme of it was the changing of the guard, and it feels like the EPW will be moving on to it's next arc, which, in my opinion, can only lead to greater things.

Kudos, everyone.

Overall Thoughts
-- intrigued by the A1E/EPW stuff. for the longest time it was honestly just in the backgrond for me -- now it's hooked me. looking forward to what WILL be an interesting pay-off, i imagine :)

-- justin wrote a great match w/ Stalker/Tre. my comp crapped out and he came through, big time.

-- Triple X has always been an interesting, hated World Champion. but, in my opinion, and having watched the character progress for far longer than i feel comfortable admitting, he's always best as the guy CHASING, BITTER, and HUNGRY. Rocko has walked a hard road for that belt. Survived a brutal series of contests against the best EPW has to offer. He is the ultimate face in EPW and today, now, IS his time.

-- but tomorrow is another day ;)

i really enjoyed this event and can't WAIT to see what goes down after "the break".

So, I wrote part of that segment, and it still came off pretty damn good anyway ... who knew? hehe

Anyway, this entire arc with the A1E/EPW storyline has been a lot of fun. Anytime you get to work with Dave and Jarret for an extended story, you're in for good times. Hopefully, the ending will come off just as well as the rest of the build.
