I would not consider that stacking, but I will give a little insight into my mind:

In a match like this, when two people keep replying to each other over and over...and nothing's moving forward in terms of what they're saying to each other...it becomes more of a negative than a positive. This also would lead to a spot in this match where they fall through five or six stacked tables together to complete the irony.
