How did you find DEFIANCE? Known of it for years, though didn't know it was angle until recently. Been in feds w/ several former & current members.

Ring Name: Deacon
Height: 7'0
Weight: 320lbs.
Hailing From: Alexandria, Egypt
Alignment: Face
Gimmick: Deacon is a silent character in most versions. You can expect a good deal of religious imagery with him, and maybe a bit of allegory to the writing. When he's in the "Mute Freak" phase (as he currently will be), he doesn't speak much if at all. He uses a manager who speaks for him. Roleplays and segments usually have a Christian undertone to them and so that connection is typically around him. This version will be somewhat different than the historical Deacon that some may recall. He'll be using Magdalena as his manager (instead of Chris Shepherd).
Wrestling Style: Deacon is a good deal taller than most any wrestler, so his style is a bit like the typical giant with an occasional hi-spot. He has a strong brawling tendency that is his normal go to and though a babyface, he's been known to do mat burns, rope burns, etc. I blame other Extreme wrestlers!
Three Weaknesses:
Ladders. Seriously, the dude struggles to win ladder matches.
His belief in others has historically led to him being used. That "turn the other cheek" thing can be a pain in action.
Currently, he has outside wrestling stress that will impact his in-ring work.
Three Strengths:
In the ring, he's exceptionally strong, and surprisingly agile (though that hasn't been tested recently).
He's been cheered and booed, depending on the crowd's view of his faith. He doesn't care and holds steady.
His belief in others might lead to being taken advantage of, but it also leads to others seeing who he is and maybe put some credence into what Deacon believes.
