Was the deadline for Bracket One, Round One roleplays at midnight last night? I just see people still posting roleplays, and in y first round match that makes it 2-1 in volume to my opponent. Does his second one count at all? If so, do I get to respond and viciously savage him? Etc etc.Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, I'm hungover.:)

Yeah, I was talking to Aaron (Pete Whealdon) last night about getting in the second RP, and I counted 7 minutes to spare too.

Also, the deadlines are posted in a yellow announce box near the top of the page. And I've been The Guy Who Botched The Deadline before. Cost myself a WfWA Summer Games win because I thought we had 2 more days than we did and posted one RP fewer than everyone else... still placed 4th.

Can't believe people no-showed bracket 1. With a handful of days to go, almost half of bracket 3's participants havent posted yet.

...have they no shame? ;)

I say we send Ace Andrews and Jay O'Connor to a Hindu raperoom. F*cking no-showers.

What happens if both people in one match no shows? Would you look for the best loser in other matches?

Also I'm wanting to do a second RP, but opponent hasn't posted.

Also what time is the bracket 2 deadline UK time?

Double-DQ and a bye for the next opponent?

I am sure the judges have a plan if this occurs.

My two cents...I think maybe one of the 1st round losers might be able to get the slot. If the person drew a tough opponent and the judging was a close vote...then maybe the loser can get that slot.

Or have 2 losers that showed up for the 1st round battle it out for that slot.

Just an idea.

It'd be cool if there could be a clock somewhere on the site to state what is Pacific Time. I've got bugger all idea about timezones and constantly struggle to understand if I'm anywhere near it or far, far away.

I do live in the future after-all.

See, I was nice. I messaged my 1st Round opponent to tell him I won't be no-showing. Guess I'm just courteous like that! :p

I've also refrained from reading his RPs so I don't give myself an unfair advantage. I read bits and pieces to get an idea of who I'm facing, but I don't intend to use every thing he said against him, now that he's maxed out and can't defend himself. *Le sigh* This is not gonna be easy.

1st for Round 1 will be up a.s.a.p., and then I've got to get up another one for DEF's Heritage League. Deadlines are fast approaching!! Ahh!!
