DEFchat Moving to Skype

There was an impromptu "all hands" fed-wide meeting last night in the AIM chat and one of the things that came out of the discussion was Justin's desire to move the DEFchat off of there and over to Skype. This isn't something that's negotiable; it's better to use on mobile phones and has a call feature, amongst other things.

The transition will happen in full by the end of the week, so please sign up for an account and reply here with your chat handle so he can add you to the group.
