Gimmick: His in-ring persona is all business. He lets his skill entertain…not a big microphone giant. He is extremely focused on performing and winning, mainly because that’s the only place where he is capable of doing so. His out of ring demeanor is a completely different story, as he is an extreme example of misfortune and extremely bad luck.
Ring Attire: His ring attire is simple and efficient. He wears old fashioned Speedo-style trunks with a color scheme of various shades of dark green. Wears a small black elbow pad ala Goldberg on his left arm. Wears thin strands of white tape on the middle two fingers of both hands. Thin black tape wristbands are worn as well.
Looks: Handsome. Well chiseled face. Long nose that is ever-so-slightly turned up at the end. Somewhat bushy eyebrows, black. Messy black hair, medium length (kind of bushy and messy on top…think fWo‘s Martyr). Blue-gray eyes. Long, somewhat thick sideburns that extend to the bottom of the ears. Wears a beard of light black stubble. Not an astoundingly massive physique, but very toned and muscular (think Stasiak or Benoit). Tanned and Caucasian.
Ring Entrance: Although boring, Hugo insists on making contact with a fan, whether that involves stopping and signing a quick autograph or asking a fan for advice. He tries to make the evening special for the fans, but if he has a big match he usually is satisfied by rushing the ring and high-fiving fans as he passes.

5 Specialty Moves: T-Bone Suplex, German Suplex Toss, Diving Clothesline, Snap Suplex, Stunner.
Finisher & Set-Up Moves: “The Eraser” The move starts out by CH slamming his knee into his opponents stomach...they hunch over, and he pushes their head between his legs, as he hooks both arms upwards (like a pedigree). He then lifts them up by their arms (almost looking like a tiger driver) But in midlift, he quickly (and severely) Drops his opponent by falling forward, slamming their face in the mat, and finishing out the dangerous facebuster maneuver. (In lay man's terms its a Tiger Driver Stall Facebuster)
Strengths: Intense in-ring focus, superior agility, loyalty to allies.
Weaknessess: It is difficult for him to overcome in-ring adversity. As a result, he is aggressive and if an opponent can endure the matches beginning, they can usually bring him down (or up) to their level for a close bout.

Clifford Hugo is a self-described un-extraordinary wrestler living an extraordinary life. He was born and raised by Bob Hugo, host of the “Learning Lane,” a famous children’s show. Clifford’s massive childhood intelligence worried his parents about his social interaction, but his love of professional wrestling allowed him to fit in with his male peers. A childhood wrestling accident led to a 3 inch steel plate installed in his head. After a short high school football career, Hugo gradually taught himself how to wrestle. He lied about his age and worked the minor-league circuit. He became popular in house shows for his strong work ethic and communication with fans, but has endured a long string of bad luck and misfortunes beyond the ropes.
