Shadowboss
So, here's the deal.
The DVD show will be going out in the next few days.
With that, we'll have more storyline information released.
The WAYstation will be the only way for the train to get metaphorically running. There's no way cards (short or long) will come out without people chipping in for the matchwriting. I've devised the WAYstation as a creative alternative to make the painstaking part of a fed running a little more fun.
The immediate plan is to do a round of house shows and then a little bigger of a show. Ease our way in. The bigger show won't be of Crash proportions, but will highlight 1-2 matches in either highlights or complete long-form. That may depend on how it all works out.
I'm figuring we'll need at least 5-6 matches written by non-staff. These all can be short-form, I'm fine with that.
So, until 5 matches (long or short) signed via the WAYstation, we won't start.
Keep in mind there are various ways to get matches signed. You can find a person you want to face in one forum (The Saloon), you can suggest a match with characters you don't own and get your own character's match written by someone else...in the signed matches forum. (High Noon) If you planned something via IM/PM/email, then just post in the signed matches High Noon area.
I'm not pushing off the cardwriting onto everyone, but as we've all come to realize...if it's more than a certain % on me, we may as well hold 4 huge cards a year. I'm also not doing away with open-styled RP threads where anyone can compete. But we're going to need to keep things smaller in scope, when necessary. It will also make those open events much more important.
If anyone has any questions or Molotov Cocktails, have at it. I'm ready.
