28th of February, 2013 - Unlucky For Some Tour 2013 (Louisville, Kentucky - Show I): After defeating Sylo in the Monster's Ball match at V for Victoralicious in brutal, bloody circumstances, Magnus Destructo earnt his second Intergalactic Championship shot at Phil Atken.

The match started out one sided, with Atken being unable to avoid the powerful clutches of Magnus Destructo until his wily, conniving nature got the best of the Baron of Brutality. As Gollomach distracted the referee, while trying to sneak a mace into the ring, Phil Atken revealed a pair of brass knucks and levelled the challenger but he somehow managed to kick out at the last minute.

Destructo turned full beast mode, no selling whatever Atken could attempt to produce before finishing him off with the Destructo Bomb and managing to end the reign of Phil Atken.

1. "Unfortunate" Phil Atken

3rd of October, 2012 - Survivalism (ULTRATITLE Finale): Phil Atken did battle against Sabre, Leyenda de Ocho and “the Jersey Devil” Troy Matthews in four-way competition to become the first Intergalactic Champion.

Ocho successfully eliminated both Sabre and Matthews, eliminating Sabre early on with a Sunset Flip. He went on to eliminate Troy Matthews after hitting the Actualizar and succeeding with a pinfall.

However, Atken’s figure four leglock proved too much for the rookie and he submitted to Atken close to the time limit making Phil Atken the very first Intergalactic Champion.

18th of December, 2012 - Sorry You’re Not a Winner: Phil Atken was put against a blind opponent, meaning he wasn’t sure WHO he’d be facing going into Sorry You’re Not a Winner, with the challenger being identified in competition at the event. Jack Harmen, Aran Thompson and Magnus Destructo all faced off in a triangle rules match, where Magnus became the eventual winner.

As the Main Event rolled around, Phil Atken used his guile and ring smarts to maintain the advantage, eventuating as the winner after nailing Destructo with a diving DDT before gathering a handful of tights while he rolled up the challenger, retaining the belt.

11th of February, 2013 - V for Victoralicious: Phil Atken went up against challenger, Leyenda de Ocho (who won a title shot at Sorry You're Not a Winner in a ladder match against Sylo, Xoesh the Zith and Christopher Ryan Eagles), in a match where Morton Murphy stated Ocho could choose the stipulations.

Leyenda de Ocho devised a Three Stage of Zelda match which consisted of a Ganon Rules Cage Match (pinfall or submission victory only), a Hyrule Castle Ladder Match (climb the ladder into the scaffolding above) and a Skyward Sword Scaffold Match (last man on scaffold wins).

After Ocho pinned Atken to win the first stage, following an Actualizar, when things went badly for the challenger as Atken won the second stage ascending into the scaffolding after leaping from the top of cage with Ocho in his clutches and delivering a piledriver in the ring below. The third stage was neck and neck until Atken worked over Ocho's arm and when both men fell off the side, Atken bit Ocho's wrist, forcing him to drop below to retain the championship.
