What do these men have in common?

Other than being some of our finest writers here in the world of e-wrestling, they've all been stars of a Just Wrestling tour.

Once upon a time, I advertised Just Wrestling as a nice place to try out a 'side' character. Or somewhere to build up your return to the game. To work up something new. Or to do alongside your other commitments.

It's still ideal for all those things. It's still as fresh and it's still as flexible. It's still the 'next best thing' for those of you who just don't have the time to be churning out roleplays, matches and segments each and every week.

But I don't need to tell you that, because it's our one-year anniversary and by now, you probably know what we're about. I don't need to call it the 'next best thing' anymore, because my revolving-door of top-quality writers has shown we're more than that.

Maybe we're 'the best thing'. Who knows.

Come and experience a tour for yourself, and see what the fuss is about.

APPENDIX: YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
"What's this Just Wrestling place anyway?"
Your question is probably best answered by the 'Concept' page of our website. But I'll have a go at summarising what we do right here. We decided to strip away the vegetables and potatoes of a roleplay fed and that left us with just the meat. Roleplay competition. That's all we do. 2,000 words each for you and your opponent. I judge the pieces and put up brief results. Everything runs like clockwork. You sign up when you want a match. If you're busy for a couple of weeks, no problem. One Championship: no fuss. Three consecutive wins or a positive record over the champ gets you a shot. The list of past Champions tells its own story - in terms of quality, it may be one of the most exclusive Championships in all of e-wrestling.

"But I'm in GTT7! I don't know if I'll have time!"
Fill out the form and let me know your situation. If you run through to the finals of the tournament and never have time for a match, great: my enthusiasm for GTT7 is something I don't hide. If you get knocked out in the first or second round, we can get you started right away in Just.

"I don't think I want to sign up right now, but maybe in a few weeks I'll have a better idea of my commitments..."
No problem. I will be shutting down pre-tour applications on October 24, but we're pretty flexible about letting people come in once we've got started. Just PM me whenever you're ready. If there's a surge of interest, we'll officially open a new round of mid-tour applications. If not, we can certainly make arrangements for you to come onto the roster when it suits you.

"I'm in another fed. Will they mind me joining at the same time?"
Ultimately it's down to your fed-head, but part of the appeal of Just Wrestling is that while we're big on style, we're also big on flexibility. We have one show a week, and you only sign up for matches when YOU want them. And when you do have a match, it's one roleplay only, with a 2,000 word cap. Take my word for it, it's pretty easy to juggle alongside other commitments.

If you have any more questions, please add them in this thread and I will be sure to answer them. Alternatively, you can talk to me more privately on AIM (HyddenDesires) or by email (tim.shipley1(at)gmail.com is now the preferred address as justwrestling(at)gmail.com has been infiltrated by spam bots).

I look forward to working with another good bunch of people. Here's to our one-year anniversary! :)
