If it's a work ok fine, but if it's not and all he's doing is taking his ball and going home, fuck him. I was not a CM Punk fan, I still am not right now. Maybe I missed his good stuff from the ECW brand and only saw him after the pipebomb ordeal which was an alright promo, not the best that I've seen but some of the better since the Attitude era in the WWE.
If the "E" loses Punk what will happen? The foundation shake, buy rates drop, the company collapses? No, it'll take a guy like Husky Harris and turn him into Bray Wyatt, which is one of the reasons I watch Raw, and make him a star. It'll take Bryan and turn him into the biggest Face of them all by going against the lil guy. It'll hire KENTA and Devitt and perhaps they'll make it to Raw. It will still put on one of the best shows with NXT and produce many more guys better than Punk.
For the "E" not knowing how to book they have gotten at least two characters right, their only flaw is forgetting half way through and turning Daniel Bryan into a Wyatt, which could have been done extremely well if they didn't hot shot it, but they realized that they fucked up and went back to normal. And Glenn Jacobs should have became a Wyatt instead of Corporate Kane. I have no issues with Batista winning the Rumble, it plays into the screwing of D Bryan. Look at the Tag team Div with the Brotherhood and them losing to the NAO, we all new it was going to happen but it plays along with the Authority angle. Their booking isn't atrocious they just have it booked with out care or regards for the people who don't know that it's booked for long time.
So back to Punk... good bye, I hope you enjoyed your time in the "E". Sit at home and stay retired. Unless you want to go back to RoH and I might watch you there. Just remember when you do go back to the indies you'll be the sell out and the wash out who couldn't hack it in the big leagues along with MVP, Matt Hardy, and X-Pac.
