The whole point of the ULTRATITLE Tournament is two-fold: 1) Let's have some fun in a way we don't get to often; 2) Let's invite a lot of people over for dinner. ;)

I need your help in connecting with other "circles" and feds to make them aware of the ULTRATITLE Tournament. I've posted a quick note below -- feel free to beg, borrow and steal from any of the info I've posted in the FAQ section.

If you post in another community or fed, please reply here and let me know so I don't doubly harass them.

Note you can use as a starting place to send out to encourage folks to join:

FWrestling.com is sponsoring the return of the ULTRATITLE Tournament beginning in April. The ULTRATITLE began way back in 1989 as a search for the "Ultimate Champion" and in some years went as large as 256 participants. This year's tournament is aiming for a group of 64 and is open to all-comers. It also includes cash prizes of up to $150, including at least one $50 prize guaranteed to a competitor from outside FWrestling.com. The whole point of the tournament is to have fun, see some fun matchups that we might never see otherwise, and give folks a chance to interact. The prizes are intended to encourage folks who might not usually sign up for a tournament, or for you to use to get new folks involved in fantasy wrestling who aren't.

The tournament is setup to keep things easy (a 2 RP limit in the early rounds) and keep them moving once they get started, which will be later in the month (once we've got enough folks signed up). More information is available on the main page of FWrestling.com (http://www.fwrestling.com) on the top forum, including a link to sign up. We hope you'll join us as we focus on the core of fantasy wrestling -- the fun of competition, the thrill of writing great characters and of being challenged by others who enjoy the hobby.

I have opened a thread on the Defiance Discussion board encouraging my handlers to give it a look, I've already gotten some positive feedback.

Aye, Ford is really the master of EFG since Ernie retired, no matter what anyone else thinks. lol At least when it comes to doing scheduled shows, I just do random shows and never let anyone know they happened. lol It was a good show tonight though, at least what I heard, I think I left the call around ten-fifteen minutes before 10PM EST.

Ain't no one knows as many e-wrestling circles as I do. Going out soon, so I'd like an answer to the following question: do you accept female wrestlers competing against the menfolk in this tourney? Thanks.

I posted it on the mailing list for TSWF (my e-fed) as well as on JTF! Squaretable.

Good luck and I hope to see some of my fellow e-fedders taking part.

What happened to my reference to an obscure, fat, Japanese wrestler in a pink mask that you can't even find on YouTube anymore?
