All - so I'm going to attempt to streamline here and play out some arcs so you can see where we're headed and not make every card a guessing game as to what happens next.

NFW FRONT OFFICE has released the next 6 events and cities, culminating in the next SUPERCARD/PPV event. ESEN is also in talks to pen a deal with iPPV, bringing NFW action to your home computer, tablet or smartphone!

NEW FRONTIER WRESTLING EAST-COAST BLITZ

RELOADED 16: Izod Center, East Rutherford, NJ

RELOADED 17: Barclays Center, Brooklyn, NY

RELOADED 18: Wells Fargo Center, Philadelphia, PA

RELOADED 19: TD Garden, Boston, MA

RELOADED XX: Verizon Center, Washington, DC

NFW [REDACTED] PAY-PER-VIEW, [REDACTED],
[REDACTED]

Feel free to discuss these cards, talk with me and the rest of NFW BRASS and also see how we/you/us can begin to thread a narrative building up to the PPV.

ALSO, as we move forward, all of the RELOADEDS will probably be longform for main events/special attractions, and everything else may be JIPs, or shortform, or SUPER shortform. I'm looking to get cards out very quickly so we can be settling our feet into this PPV by the short side of fall. '

If we see that the RELOADEDS are coming out at a good clip, I'll wanna put a hold off on the BYOB until we get past the PPV and see where we are.

Hope you guys get snuggy with me slipping behind the steering wheel - I have a little bit of experience running leagues! ;)

Any chatter on what the PPV may be? I'm hoping to get some talking going - I hope that everyone isn't all burned and touchy-feely about our 'hiatus' - this stuff is the most fun with me when there's discussion.

Either way, I'll be monitoring the forum from my Moon Base.

"What" the PPV may be is kind of moot, since there has been a grand total of one PPV since the Ultratitle ended, and that was WrestleStock 2 which was over 5 years ago. I say this under the assumption that SuperCRASH cards are like Clash of the Champions.

I don't think there's enough knowledge about the different PPV options, or what kind of gimmick each one may have to differentiate themselves from the other. I know Katz was teasing "FutureSHOCK" for some point between now and the end of time.

Or are you talking about what matches would be on the next PPV? That would probably have more discussion to it.

Assuming we see the PPV in 2013 I'm going to make a wild assumption and put the main event as a World Title defense, Impulse vs. Rook Black, with Castor Strife vs. JJ DeVille as the semi-main. Title match is straight up wrestling while the semi is bloody and evil.

TV Title, Dorchester Stratton vs. Alex Austin, Triple Crown, LDO vs. Phil Atken, and Tag Titles, SupaFly Express vs. the OSS.

I love that the PPV format is making a return. As much as I like Brawl, I'm more a fan of a straight block of TV shows leading to some shit you've gotta pay to see.

Assuming it's not Futureshock, I have no preference on what to call this thing, or even a theme. If this happens around the holidays (seems likely) then maybe a Starrcade type deal? I think Castor vs. JJ would be a great co-main, if it goes down that way.

Oh! oh. It's GOT a name - I just wanted to see if you guys would guess :)

That's why in the release above, it's REDACTED. I TOTALLY know what the PPV is. Just wanted to have a little bit of mysterious build-up as we make our way up the RELOADED ladder.

Based on the history, there have only been five PPVs in NFW's history.

Banned for Life
Futureshock
Wrestlebowl I
Wrestlestock I
Wrestlebowl II
Wrestlestock II

Can you give us a hint, is it a new PPV or an existing? :)

That was actually going to be my first guess in my first reply to this thread, but I was like "Nahhh they'll think I'm joking" lol. Nope! It's for real. And you know I'm pulling strings to get Carlos "Danger" Canyeta involved...

At certain points during all matches, both competitors must break out some Afro-Cuban dance moves...

Or is that the Random Rumba?

Royal Rumble style match, or random teams making it up? How's it work, exactly?

(I was never in the UWA...)

(I was never in the UWA...)

NFW HISTORY LESSON:

Bloodhunt became the first NFW World Champion in 2000 after defeating Ricky Zane at CRASH TV 03, via Random Rumble.

http://nfw.e-wrestling.org/content.php?p=results&id=23

This PPV will be 13 years since crowning our first champion, so RR2013 will be an anniversary of sorts.

It's a 30-man Royal Rumble rules but with the twist of eliminations by pinfall, submission or top rope/touching the floor. There will be some new perks to the match, like achievement points for scoring eliminations as well.

More PPV stuff will be revealed the closer we get to it.
