JN convinced me it's more important to get Crash 50 out then progress the time-skip/time-jump of the last X amount of months of NFW through any epilogue materials on Crash 50...I've temporarily hidden the RP forums.

Once certain things are written by JN or myself, those forums will reopen. Keep your eyes on this forum for any updates and announcements. There will be things such as FINAL Bio Updates, the opening of the WAYstation, Website Access Levels, a new email List and of course, the always important Rolecall.

Feel free to respond to this thread with ideas, hateful spite or delicious candy.

LOL.. my .02, not that the opinion of somebody who only pops in occasionally matters, but it seems to me that some of the matches have angles/happenings that really only make any sense at all if they took place several months back when the card was still fresh. So if I were the one deciding when/if/how to fudge the timeline or explain the down period, the only caveat I would have is that in the ongoing story of NFW, Crash 50 takes place around the time it was actually booked to come out.

I don't think that is even a question to be honest. What the sitch is... What happened btwn then and now?

LOL.. yeah, you're probably right. I'm just used to trashy ezboard e-fedz that will do such things w/o blinking... or LoC where your stuff just randomly gets retconned. Now, as far as what's happened between then and now, I vote for nuclear winter and subsequent post-apocalyptic fallout.

As a fan, I'd like to see a scenario where after Crash 50 (which took place in August of 2009 in-character if I'm not wrong), NFW got transported to a Hell dimension (let's say Breoawarrrah), where they spent what they felt was days fighting some sort of dragon-monkey hybrid to escape back to this universe. Only to realise it's March of 2010. WTFBBQ?

...

Okay then, I'll be going now.

Yeah...I've been contemplating attacking this Lost style...but then I remember that would break siegel's brain. Nothing will be "retconned" its really about deciding if NFW was "active" or not...and how best to explain it.

New ERA's already done the "we got banned by the government" bit, so that's out.

If we branch it out, though, we could claim someone from the future built a Chronoscope with a lot more power, saw Crash 50, and was so impressed with it he built a time-machine and kidnapped the entire company, taking them to the planet Verticron B8-XV-21-Q where he forced everyone to put on thousands of shows a minute until the awesomeitude of it all shattered the time-space continuum and snapped the company back to the 21st Century a few months after the final bell at Crash 50.

Yeah we did the gov't thing after futureshock in 2002. Any idea will have to be understood by siegel...that may have to be a rule :)

It was all a dream. Eddie Mayfield wakes up in Kansas; Craig Miles is Aunt Em, bedside next to JTP, Impulse, Rook, Nova, Felix, Castor, and Hornet.

"But it seemed so real! And you were there...and YOU...and YOU....and you were there too!"

Then we do the NFW reboot Return to Oz style.
