Ok, I am using the old style of the hosting. I'm re using it from years past since I do not like the new system. I don't think its as easy as the old one. Anyway. I am built a page for a character i'm using. It shows up in Firefox just fine. But anytime someone trys to use Internet Explorer. It comes up as a white page. Can anyone help out with this? The site is http://fwrestling.com/host/TWA/Adrian/filename.html

If anyone can help. Please let me know as soon as possible.

I'm tempted to be a right cheeky bastard and say don't use IE, but obviously I know there must be a good reason you're not already.

Though I thought the old way was being scrapped anyway?

You might be able to fix it by lowering your IE security levels, but just remember to change them back when your done if your happy with the higher levels. Go to Tools, Internet Options and click the Security tab. There should be a slider to increase/decrease security level.
This might not be your solution, but worth a shot. I haven't seen the old way, but maybe there's an activeX/java control or something your IE is unwittingly blocking.

Your site took a minute to completely load but it looks fine to me. Perhaps you had just updated your pages and your browser had not updated along with said changes? That would be my theory....

It shows up for IE -- one of the problems is that you're using a pretty large PNG file for the header and/or the background. You should probably resave as a JPG -- it would cause the site to load much, much faster. I didn't look at the code, but if you're using an IFrame in the middle, that could be part of the problem too -- if everything is waiting on the PNG to load, then the IFrame takes even longer.

Basically the code of the page is read from the top down and if you have an image that is very large and takes a long time to load, it is going to slow down the rest of your page. If it happens to be the background image then you aren't going to see anything until it is done loading, and when you have an iframe that contains data as well, it won't load anything until the image is done as well.

I'm not sure if you really didn't understand or if you were being humorous so I thought that I would just try to explain it again. :)
