Pete, Stanton, Ford and I go through Brackets 3 and 4 (although not in that order) along with call-ins from Bob, Spooky and Mad Dog AND PAUL!

This was another interesting show. Having the ENTIRE tourney laid out in front of me has me really, really excited. Hearing from people from other circles and every "era" of fantasy wrestling was fun and eye opening. There is so much talent out there that I wasn't even aware of, it's wild.

On a personal note, it was cool to call in - even if the Godfather found my call unmemorable ;)
Chad touched on it briefly but it's so true about HEW, where I got my real start in this hobby, and the way we all found our way to each other all those years ago. Crazy. Cool to actually talk to Russo, as well, despite my jokes. Pete probably doesn't know this but he was a huge influence on my writing and my approach to the hobby back in 1998 (btw, I found that old Havoc/Eli match at HEW's Meltdown:Revolution X. It's still up on tripod. Classic.) and was, along with EZ and eventually Kent, the guy that bridged me over to the CSWA world. And the rest, as they say, is history. A lot of respect for Pete AND for Chad, obviously. And for every other dude in this tourney who I've previously come across. Can't wait to get to know more of these guys and their characters and what they can do.

Probably as excited about being involved in this "game" as I have ever been.

It's official, I've said it before, but tonight I'm positive of it. John C. Reilly was keeping tabs on Stanton to research the role of Dr. Steve Brule, their voices, are just a perfect match... Check it Out... lol

Certainly a fun time tonight. Didn't get a chance to get a quick final word in, but I will say it's been great to come back here, have my memory jogged about characters I either previously read or went up against and see how folks are doing.

Look forward to future podcasts and what's to come in the Ultratitle tourney.

A great podcast, gents. And thank you both Ford and Pete for the incredibly kind words. You also light the right kind of fire under my ass at the same time by bringing up the potential of rust. ;)

Wish I'd been able to be there, as well. I wanted to, and planned to, but unexpectedly had to deal with my oldest child being an ass-hat.

I'll be there next time.

I feel for you, Brunk. If you need somebody to make your kids do front-back-gos till they dry heave and beg you to just ground them or beat them half senseless, let me know, hahaha.

Filled my predictors bracket out Sean Stevens, Karl Brown, Dan Ryan and Freddie Sagawa in the final four.
