On the first Russian Roulette, Lindsay Troy pulled off the swerve of a lifetime when she defeated Beast for the EPW World Title under the guise of Dis.

This year, the winner of the King of the Cage Tournament will challenge for that same World Title in the main event - in addition to many more exciting matches.
