BATTLE ROYALS ARE HARD TO WRITE

Let me know what you think of the show! I think the RP thread for the Battle Royal in particular has lead to some interesting possibilities for the iPPV. Fingers crossed this causes less butthurt than Battlemania.

Now that you've been properly initiated as a fedhead, here's protip #1: Only book clusterfucks when you absolutely have to, unless clusterfucks are your specialty. Otherwise they are hard.

Only way to make them your specialty is to do em! This fed isn't just about trying new things for y'all - I want to try new things too.

I enjoyed the read. It was tough to keep straight in my head while reading; so I can't imagine how tough it must have been to keep it all straight while writing it. Never wrote a battle royal, as far as I can remember, but I would have to imagine you had to have all the names on a piece of paper, marking them off with each elimination just to keep track.

Regardless, solid post timing given the breadth of match. And entertaining to boot.

I've always hated Battle Royals, I will never write one...ever! So do not ask me for any tips. I do know I will never win one, LOL! I've been in this game since 98 ish and this is the closest I've ever been.

Great job on the battle royal. When I was a fed head I would never book them because I am sure I would leave somebody out. However, it was a very enjoyable read.

Battle royal was a really good read, and followed the flow of the RPs pretty well. Thought a lot of characters, old and new, got pretty decent exposure. Hard style of match to write, but I thought you nailed it this run.

I was also pretty happy to see Hittora come out with the win. Found myself rooting for the character after reading through the RP thread. Interested to see how that all develops.

I've been really enjoying the cards since I joined up: the brisk matches and snappy commentary make for a great read. The battle royal was very well done, I thought. This kind of match is always chaotic, but it managed to spotlight pretty much every significant conflict between the various participants and it built well to the end. Of course I'm pleased with the result. :) I thought everyone roleplayed their socks off for this and I thoroughly enjoyed reading the match threads over the course of the RP period. Hopefully the new characters who debuted in the battle royal will stick around.

So we're a week away from RP deadline and the activity has been...lacking.

Hope that changes.
