So yeah, I've been battling some serious burnout with ewrestling... more specifically Bronson himself. Something about the current state of things, roleplaying a vile woman slapping piece of shit just isn't the escape I've needed lately. I feel like an utter shitheel the amount I helped Pete and the boys this arc. ALL props for this angle goes to them, full stop. No excuses other than the typical confluence of work / real life / relationship / general burnout / character fatigue we've all gone through. I'm not "quitting" or "retiring"... don't really know what I want to do, honestly.
"What the fuck is Doggett Club?"
My podcast! (CHEAP PLUG!) It's where a lot of my creative energy has gone over the last few months. My buddies and I talked endlessly about wanting to do a podcast, we got over the creative hump by just doing one. Sort of learning how to make a podcast by just making a podcast. It starts off reeeeeal rough, but we've done about 13 episodes so far and I'm tremendously proud of how it's started turning out the last like four or five eps.
We're on iTunes, Google Play, and Stitcher (as well as the link above, obvs)
So yeah. That's where I'm at / what I've been doing. I'm still here. I still fully fully want him to participate in the coming angle (@ Murr and Brunk) beyond that as far as DEF / Boxer goes I'm playing it by ear. In the meantime, listen to my podcast! Rate review and subscribe! Heh.
