(CUT TO: A white GULFSTREAM V private jet on a black tar runway. At the top of the steps stands a sullen BLAINE HOLLYWOOD, a copy of the PARIS REVIEW in his hand, as he looks in disgust. DORCHESTER STRATTON is limping, holding an ice pack to his neck but a bit of a smile as his face is cut and banged up. On the ground is JJ DEVILLE, stomping and pointing at two airport employees carrying bags with VERONICA ABRAMS RUMSFELD by his side, rolling her eyes.)
JJ: "YOU! YOU TWO! THOSE ARE LOUIS VUTTON BAGS! MY LUGGAGE COSTS MORE THAN YOUR LIVES!" (JJ stomps as he holds his neck and screams.) "NO! NO! I'LL SEE TO IT THAT ANY AND ALL SCRATCHES COME OUT OF YOUR PAYCHECKS! I WILL FIRE YOUR BOSS! I WILL FIRE YOUR BOSS' BOSS! I WILL HAVE YOUR CHILDREN PUT IN DEBTOR'S JAIL! I WILL--"
(Rumsfeld tugs JJ's shirt. He holds his neck in pain and whimpers.)
RUMSFELD: "JJ... please... we need to leave. I have orchestra tickets."
(JJ seethes with rage and points his fingers at the luggage carriers before he stomps up the steps of the plane. Rumsfeld puts her hand to her temple before she clears her throat.)
RUMSFELD: "Microsoft lost the world's biggest monopoly lawsuit ever filed. Apple has struggled to maintain market share after Steve Jobs' passing. AIG needed a government bailout to keep its assets afloat. What am I getting at here? What I am saying is this. The world's biggest corporations face SETBACKS. The world's greatest leaders face ADVERSITY. Challenges arise. And that is true for THE HELLFIRE CLUB. Our formation and debut here in New Frontier Wrestling was the greatest masterstroke ever conceived. It was brilliance in its purest form. But we knew headed into this that those who fell under the heel of my Cole Haan shoes would attempt to rally. We knew headed into this that we'd face surprises. We knew headed into this that we'd take a few knocks. That we'd get a few... cuts. That people would TRY to stand in our path... But that just makes it so much more fun when you crush them in the end."
(Rumsfeld smirks.)
RUMSFELD: "Surprised? Yes, we are. We knew that no good piece of garbage Jack Bryant would pull some stunt to even the score. Did we foresee it being some... some... some musclehead leftover from yesteryear attacking MY SHMOOPIE DORCHESTER at his most vulnerable? No. We didn't. Did we predict that Eddie Mayfield would, for once in his worthless career, act like a man when presented with a challenge? No. We didn't. Did we predict that Legion -- LEGION, of all people -- would launch a missive and bring with him Bandit and Devastator under his lead? No. We didn't."
(Rumsfeld puts her hand on her hips.)
RUMSFELD: "You know the skills of the men in The Hellfire Club. Blaine Hollywood? A second-generation technical master and the greatest tag team wrestler of this or any other generation. JJ DeVille? A wizard at understanding the moves of his foes as well as a MASTER at moving pieces in human chess. And..." (Veronica laughs as her hands caress her body.) "Dorchester? The most cunning, ruthless wrestler New Frontier Wrestling has EVER seen. But my strengths? My strengths come in administrative control and long-term corporate strategy. And my job is to keep everyone focused. My job is to make the unpredictable predictable. And what do I predict? That, at the end of the night... The Hellfire Club will continue to DO WHAT THOU WILT."
(Rumsfeld chuckles and walks up the airplane steps. FTB)
