I just want to congratulate everybody on an amazing job with what I feel (contrary to what my character thinks!) will go down as one of the greatest, most important match threads ever. I might take heat for saying this, but I'm thrilled that three characters who I consider to be legendary made the final four, and that I had the opportunity to face them. Never got to face Melton (outside some bullshit tag thread we did in NFW back when I was on my way out and not putting effort in), never got to face Eli, and despite being in a fed with Ford for the last few years, never faced Harmen either. You guys pushed me to put out some material I'm proud of, so again, thanks.

As far as who won: hey, YOU KNOW IT WAS ME!

So, you mean, Hornet didn't really win?

He always wins!

Like Billy said, kudos to everyone on a great job. It's been a fun tournament and as anything that lasts 4-5 months long there are going to be bumps along the way, but all in all I think its been a great ride.

I don't think the judges can make a wrong choice here. Just as long as I don't come in 4th!

Thanks to Pete for picking up the pieces and pushing the train across the finish line.

Hornet came in 4th. Melton finished 5th.

i don't think visibility hurts.

My issue is the lack of feedback. I guess its normal for people to check out once they are eliminated from the tournament but it'd be nice to see some of the earlier passion from readers/handlers show up for the final four.

I chose Jack Harmen for selfish purposes (to say I lost to the eventual winner) but in all honesty, I will take a gander at things tomorrow (hopefully) and give some honest feedback.
