Character Details: The golden boy of the esteemed Meyhu wrestling family, Matt has never lacked confidence. The second of four kids, Matt followed in his old brother Mike's footsteps. The two were trained at their dad Monty's gym in Chicago. Matt and Mike eventually ran their own promotion, the FWF, while competing on the indie circuit, until it was invaded by Trigger and TXW. FWF and TXW eventually merged, taking the TXW name. While Trigger and Mike struggled over power in the newly formed super-fed, The Marvel took to the ring, where he claimed the company's top prize. Matt stayed on top of the company until finally falling at the final TXW show. A few months later, the company was reborn under the name Lights Out Wrestling, and Matt took over Mike's vacated front office position next to Trigger for the duration of LOW's existence.
Since joining Boardwalk Wrestling in February of 2014, Matt has become the most prestigious Internet Champion in the company, as well as a former Atlantic City Champion and the winner of the first, and so far only, Boardwalk Rumble.
He is an aggressive wrestler that goes for the throat when he smells blood. Matt is a great technician, but lousy when it comes to high risk maneuvers. He believes himself to be the greatest of all-time. As a former rumble winner, he just may be!
