Starting off 2008 in SUPERstyle!

New Frontier Wrestling kicked off 2008 in style with a much-hyped press conference that not only announced their new home in the Big Apple, but also an upcoming show entitled "SUPERCRASH I: CORONATION."

From the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel, ESEN and FWrestling.com got a first-hand look at New Frontier Wrestling's mantra of a Wrestling Revolution in 2008. As they're globally expanding, NFW has decided to relocate operations with ESEN to New York City in attempt to expand their product in a highly visible and lucrative multimedia market. The move will keep NFW very close to its east coast roots, but in line with the theme...they're living quite majestically.

"SUPERCRASH I: CORONATION" will be the first show since the ballyhooed and controversial CRASHMAS SIX. Craig Miles spoke predominantly at the press conference looking like Fidel Castro with a new mustache, even! Eddie Mayfield also attended in full EL PRESIDENTE gear. Miles ranted and raved about himself for a good five minutes, before striking a chord with the audience and further proving that this Wrestling Revolution will be the real deal in NFW.

Due to the highly contested finish between Dan Ryan vs. Felix Red vs. Kin Hiroshi for the World Championship at Crashmas 6, RYAN and RED have been given the opportunity to main event SUPERCRASH and have the opportunity to become at least the THIRD new champion crowned...hence "CORONATION," being the theme of the evening.

SUPERCrash will also mark the beginning of the second leg of NFW's West Coast Tour which will culminate in the Wrestlestock 2 Pay-Per-View event, where NOVA will face the World Champion due to his Season 2 Ultratitle Championship. Ironically, JOE THE PLUMBER, the NFW Television Champion has been sidled with a heavy grudge against the Rising Star and declared Nova the challeger to his title defense at SUPERCrash.

While, 'The Blue Eyed Badass' has badly missed his deadline given at Crashmas, it seems that Craig Miles suggested that SEAN STEVENS still has the opportunity to join ROOK BLACK and TERESA QUARANTA in the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES final.

Rounding out the card at the Rose Garden in Portland will be the EVERETTE MEMORIAL TITLE tournament final between THE DREAM TEAM and the HOLLYWOOD WRECKING CREW, both teams upsetting the veteran favorites opposing them that evening.

If that didn't whet anyone's appetite, Mayfield and Miles have not only promised to SUSPEND any NFW employee if they interfere in these matches INDEFINITELY, but also hinted at the Cojones Mercado FIRING SQUAD making an appearance. Surely, LEGION wouldn't want to be the next Roland Priest.

Keep tuned into ESEN and FW.com for the latest promos and feature stories regarding all the superstars involved in this event as well as a small house show that Craig Miles has promised to announce this weekend.
