Brawlers On a Budget is looking for between 2 and 4 handlers to round out our low-budget roster. BOB is a parody e-fed that's been running since 1999. Roleplays (or Rants as we call them) determine your character's push.
We look for humorous, comedy-based RPs. If you like "South Park," "Family Guy" or "Robot Chicken," that's the sort of humor we lean toward. Script, novel...doesn't matter. Your writing format/content is up to you. We're not biased against one or the other.
However, there is also an element of randomisity that you must be willing to deal with in BOB. You may not win if you have the best Rant ever. You may win with the worst rant ever. But generally, quality wins.
You can compete for any of the following four titles: THE ONLY WORLD TITLE THAT MATTERS, Swiss Army Belt, The You Gotta Be Kidding I Ain't Doing That Are You Out of Your Frickin' Mind T&A Hardcore XX Division Championship, or the Not Good Enough to Fight Alone Tag Team Titles.
What are we looking for? Simply, people who want to write for a character and who care more about having a good time than wins or losses.
Anything beyond roleplaying is voluntary. If you want to write interview segments, you can. If you want to write matches, you can. Everything is negotiable.
