Hopefully, someone....ANYONE can give me some assistance. For some reason, I can't seem to get my line spacing to work correctly. When I'm ready to start a new paragraph, I simply hit the enter button and *poof*, nothing happens. I would love it if someone, ANYONE can help me with this because I know you guys will get tired of reading ran on paragraphs. I even tried to copy and paste out of Microsoft word and that didn't even work. Help.

When he presses ENTER, it doesn't do anything.

I'd start with clearing your browser cache and restarting the browser. You'll probably have to log back in here after you do that.

As a side note, all Microsoft programs contain wonky hidden code. If you're writing at length, it's usually better to write in Notepad or another plain text program and then C&P into wherever it is you want to put the text.

IN the top corner is a button its will say Switch Editor to Source mode. When you hit it, It will say Switch Editor to WYSIWYG mode.

You want to be on Source mode


now I don't know how to get it to stay that way

What I usually do is paste whatever I wrote from where I wrote it into notepad, and from notepad into backstage. Notepad is pure text so no formatting gets copied.

yeah took me a bit as well.

And I found out how to keep it that way up to go to Forum Actions Gen Preferences then scroll down to

Miscellaneous Options and check Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls and then go down and save changes
