Hey guys, sorry I haven't been around much the last couple weeks. I came up the mountain for my summer job just last Saturday, and have been swamped out of time to get on a computer -_- Right now I'm still trying to figure out exactly what time off I have; I'm part of a team that runs audio/visual tech for a camp over summer, and I just got done dealing with a small projector emergency, lol.

Anyways, I'm still around and should still be good to get writing done as needed. I can't log into AIM at the moment for some odd reason, so if anyone needs me (*ahem*Blue*ahem*lol) gimme a holler on the PM. Don't be afraid to message me on FB either, look for Alexander Kahrs and you're good to go.

Sorry again for the disappearing act, but I'm definitely still around. I'm glad the camp has WiFi, lol.

To all of you,

I want to say thanks for the last three years and change, it's honestly been the best times I've had in this hobby. I got to get my one legitimate run with a world title, I got to have fun and create with a lot of cool people, and even got to be friendly with a number of you. I even got to run the place for a while and prove to myself that I could in fact do it.

Now those times are over and I'm here to say goodbye. I dunno when or if I'll ever be back here, right now it all just feels weird and I think it will be for the best if I just go far away. Whether that's completely out of the hobby or not is up for debate, I really don't know one way or the other.

I don't know how to tread upon this, so hopefully I do it carefully, but I need to say something about it.

I'm just gonna say that Justin and I had a rather large disagreement and whether "I was fired" or "I quit" is the result doesn't really matter at this point. What does matter is that if Justin and I are to be cool again, it can't involve DEFIANCE as one of the links in the chain binding us. That said, I'm sorry if this blow up has affected anyone here.

Now if I'm going to be completely honest with everyone... In the immediate moment when I thought I was just told leave the fed, I was relieved. I won't go into details, but let's be honest here. I wasn't outraged, I wasn't even annoyed, I was relieved and after giving that some thought more than a day later, it told me all I needed to know. I needed to leave.

As much as I enjoyed running the show and working with everyone, I shouldn't be feeling relieved to be let go, but I was. So hopefully this is a good thing for DEFIANCE, because this place needs someone in control who is actually here one hundred percent. Even if that's more than one person, this place needs good leadership.

So I'm glad to know people have stepped up to take control of the place, because I had my eye on two big milestones before all of this happened. Those two being DEFtv #100 and DEFIANCE's 10th Year Anniversary, I sincerely hope the place continues on and reaches those milestones and treats them with the importance that I was hoping to give them.

Anyway, I think that's about all I got and that's been my $0.02 of Mikey Money on the situation. Maybe I'll see ya when I see ya, maybe not, who knows. Either way, it's been real, and I thank you all for the good times and the belief in me while I was running the show. It's never not going to be appreciated by me.
