I, like mostly everyone else, absolutely
LOVED Terence. I, like mostly everyone else thought it was a joke/work. I, like Paul, thought it was Chad - because, well... Paul's like, my homie n' sh*t, and we talk on AIM like everyday. Or, every other day. Or, when our schedules make sense. Or, ugh ... I'm losing focus here.
I stand by the fact that the PM shouldn't have been sent, because PMs are typically Out Of Character conversations between two handlers, but I understand where Billy came from, and what he tried to get out of it. Terence was in character at all times, because Terence didn't understand the difference between In Character and Out of Character, hence the: "I swear to God, the guy that owns this league had better make me win!" speeches. Which were absolutely brilliant, by the way. Now that I think back on it, I kinda wish this all ended another way, because I don't want the whole Terence thing to die, but sometimes we have to make better judgements who we make those comments/send those PMs to.
With Lindsay being a female, you'd almost expect her to take offense to some of those comments, as opposed to a guy's response, because guys typically laugh at comments and people like Terence. We find farting entertaining. I had a conversation with Lindsay and she didn't really understand why we encouraged Terence, and I guess I can't blame her, because she's not supposed to. And, if she's not in on the joke, it could be seen as harrasment, and we don't want anyone feeling uncomfortable on our boards.
I, like Gregg want Terence to stick around, because, like it was noted, he brought energy, and a reaction to these boards that we haven't seen in quite some time. But, I also understand that now that the secret is out, it wouldn't be the same.
But, still... a brother can wish and hope, can't he?
