Due to having some unexpected things come up, Dexter Anthony has alerted us that he will be unable to compete in the very first BATTLEMANIA. We wish Dexter the best of luck.
This is good news for all of our alternates, as we now know that there will be AT LEAST ONE SPOT OPEN. Alternates will be asked to wait until the normal March 13 RP deadline has expired and post during the Alternates RP period. This is to allow all alternates a fair chance at getting that first RP posted and getting into the match. However, all alternates can begin WRITING (but not posting) their RP now. Remember, it will be important for alternates to post early in order to nab any open spots in the BATTLEMANIA match. If you get into the match, you DO qualify for the chance to win that $150 if you have the best RP.
