PRIME's annual winter PPV is coming to you LIVE from the American Airlines Arena in sunny Miami, Florida on December 28th, 2008. It will feature a number-one contenders match, two title matches, the semi-finals and finals of the Jewel in the Crown tournament, and the first ever Merry Melee Match!

MERRY MELEE MATCH
Rudy Simpson vs. Fusenshoff vs. Ash vs. Clayton Byrd vs. Jason Natas vs. Jay Phoenix

Santa's leaving some presents for these superstars at the American Airlines arena, and they've been tasked with gathering their spoils. Some gifts may have rewards inside, some may have nothing at all, and some may feature Son-

Richard: MISTER SILVER, SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT LIAISON OF PRIME!

--ny Silver firing them outright! A pinfall or submission anywhere in the arena will eliminate them from the Melee, so caution won't be thrown to the wind!

JITC SEMI-FINALS MATCH
Jason Snow vs. Rhett Locke

The first Jewel in the Crown semi-final match will play host to up-and-coming PRIME star Rhett Locke taking on former 5 Star champ Jason Snow. Snow was considered a favorite to win the Jewel in the Crown since the announcement of his participation, but Locke is looking to cement his status as a force to be reckoned with.

TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
Team VIAGRA(c) vs. DUI

The tag team titles are on the line as Team VIAGRA takes on DUI. But there's a twist...Colby Korver of DUI is suspended, and Mary-Lynn Mayweather will be filling in for teammate High Flyer. Can Tony Davis help the very green Mayweather keep the titles? Or will Hank Cobb overcome the 2 on 1 handicap and bring the belts back to the Frathouse?

JITC SEMI-FINALS MATCH
Tyler Rayne vs. High Flyer

They met not that long ago for the 5 Star Title, and High Flyer managed to wrest the belt out of Tyler Rayne's iron (golden?) grip. Now, they meet again in the second Jewel in the Crown semi-final match. PRIME's Golden Boy is looking to put the cap on a stellar year with an advancement to the JitC finals, whereas High Flyer is looking to make sure Rayne realizes that his 5 Star win was no fluke.

#1 CONTENDERSHIP TO THE 5 STAR TITLE
Dusk vs. Bryan Dawkins

They may have lost their quarterfinal matches, but no good effort goes overlooked. Executive Producer C.P. Cantrell is looking for the next hot feud to kick off 2009, and either Dusk or Bryan Dawkins will be walking away as the number one contender to the 5 Star Title.

UNIVERSAL TITLE MATCH
Chandler Tsonda(c) vs. Danny Ferguson

They were once friends...kind of. If you ask them now, they'd deny they ever liked each other, even one iota. Now the returning Danny Ferguson will meet Chandler Tsonda for so much more than just the Universal Title. Pride and ego will be on the line, and only one can claim the spotlight as their own once and for all.

JEWEL IN THE CROWN FINALS
Winner of Snow/Locke vs. Winner of Rayne/Flyer

Snow vs. Rayne? Locke vs. Flyer? Flyer vs. Snow? Rayne vs. Locke? Four possible Jewel in the Crown matches. Four possible Culture Shock headliners. We're not sure the seat edges will be able to take the suspense of the Jewel in the Crown Finals.
