It’s come to my attention that I’ve got my work cut out for me.
I’ve spoiled title shots and strung together my first series of losses since I’ve been here.
I’ve been back to jail when the whole reason for me coming here was to avoid jail time.
I’ve let myself down…
I’ve ignored my family…
Everyone whose supposed to be in my life wants nothing to do with me…
I’m sick and tired of doing this the “right way”…
If I’m on my own in this one… I’m doing it my way.
(FADE – into the unkept living room of Brock Alyas’ Detroit apartment. BROCK is seen sitting on the floor surrounded by news papers on the floor, seated in front of his recliner chair, knees up with his cordless phone on his lap. He looks drawn out and tired, like he’s needed sleep for a few months. There’s a few clear viles and needles around him on the floor.)
(BROCK looks worse than he has ever since he’s been in the NFW. His buzz cut isn't fresh it's grown out a bit, his clothes are tattered and unkept and the general state of affairs in his apartment makes you wonder if it's the same place you've seen before. It’s not hard to tell he’s depressed and the after-affects of the mother of his only child having denied all of his calls and his status in the NFW far from where he thought he'd be by this time - gives him a weak and powerless feeling, a feeling he’s been far from used to over the past year.)
(BROCK runs his right hand through his buzzed head and closes his eyes before swallowing and exhaling deeply. Mind racing with a million thoughts. He has his head in his left hand, he looks down at the floor and inhales before accepting the fact that if he’s going to go back to this – he can’t half ass it. He’s going to become the worst nightmare the NFW has ever encountered. It’s only during his off-weeks he’s got a tough time following through with this game plan.)
(It looks like he gets a sudden burst of energy and motivation as the growth hormones cycle throughout his blood stream as his eyes bug out and the veins in his neck pulsate.)
BROCK – Here goes nothing…
(The scene turns to fade as BROCK injects himself with a 400mg needle of Sustanon. BROCK flinches as the needle is inserted but slowly becomes comfortable as his eyes close and head falls back into a relaxed state onto the recliner.)
