Submitting and Confirming: When you click "Submit" on the form, you'll receive a message asking if you want to leave the page. Click yes and you should be taken to a page that confirms your submission. If you have any concerns about whether your character profile was received, just post a note a here and I or one of the judges can look in the back office and confirm if we have it.
Username: While you don't have to have a forum username to complete the join form, I highly encourage you to register on the forums (click here). You'll need it to post your role-play anyway, and it auto-assigns your username to the join form when you have one, making it easy for us to know who's who.
