Lets talk footy, football however you say it where you are from...Man UTD all the way for me and Wellington Phoenix (A-League)

Yep even tho we are 4th its still United all the way. Hell 4th and only two seasons ago we won the title by 11 pts. Man was Fergie a God or what!

We fired Nelsen. He didn't last a season! Our club does a kind of odd NZ connection though. We've had three kiwis play for us in our short history; Jarrod Smith, Jeremy Brockie and Andrew Boyens. I know Brockie played for you guys. We actually have a few Wellington fans supporting us because of this connection. I know our supporters group's forum has a couple Wellington fans (yellow fever?) that post.

I actually follow the A-League a little bit as well. The league is in an incredibly similar situation as MLS. Relatively new football league in a country where the sport isn't #1 (or 2,3,4?). We have DPs you have marquees. Etc. I live in Nepal now so for sheer convenience its an easier league to follow as well. We can both hate City in our leagues too!
