BRANDON JACOBS: We are back and it is time for the long awaited match between Jared Wells and Steve Johnson for the BAD World Heavyweight Title. Steve Johnson won this match back in his debut but event after event came up which repeatedly pushed back his shot.

JONATHAN MARX: It has been a long battle but we are finally here.

BRANDON JACOBS: There are some people even saying that Steve Johnson may be the one to finally end Jared Wells year plus long title reign.

VIC WATERS: Jared Wells is going to murder him. This Steve Johnson may be a great wrestler, but he has never faced anything like him before. There is only one Jared Wells.

JONATHAN MARX: Jared Wells is a far cry from who Steve Johnson faced in the amateur ranks at Ohio State, but don’t over look the fact that Steve Johnson has taken on some of the biggest and baddest characters in all of WFW since his arrival. He has even had the benefit of the experience of tagging with a wrestling god like Rabesque which has had to have left its mark.

BRANDON JACOBS: Johnson is going into this match is not the typical person you would expect to be challenging for the BAD World Heavyweight title, but the BAD World Heavyweight Title is a lot more than hardcore wrestling, it is about toughness whether a person raises a fist or throws a suplex in order to achieve his goal.

JONATHAN MARX: Larry Tact fits that mold you are talking about too. He can wrestling, but as his match with Anarky showed everyone, he can give as well as he can take.

VIC WATERS: No offense to Steve Johnson, but if he beats Wells, it is going to be the upset of the century. A lot of fans have been talking about who is the greater World Champ, Copycat or Jared Wells and as time goes on, more and more people are starting to come over to the Jared Wells side.

JONATHAN MARX: With all the adversity that Copycat had to over come to win the title, whether it be Edmunds, Anarky, or Manson… he is still my choice…. All that being said, I respect Wells, but I think Steve Johnson may be able to do what everyone else has tried but failed to do and that is win that BAD World Heavyweight Title.

VIC WATERS: Keep dreaming Marx, it is never going to happen.

BRANDON JACOBS: There is only one way to find out. Folks, lets send this down to ringside and get this underway!

(CUEUP: “Won´t Back Down” by Tom Petty)

RING ANNOUNCER: Introducing first, the challenger, standing at six three, two hundred and thirty pounds, from Columbus, Ohio, one of the finest young wrestlers in the sport today and one of the top collegiate wrestlers ever to come out of Ohio State University…. STEVE JOHNSON!

::Steve Johnson walks down to a large pop from the crowd and enters the ring::

(CUEUP:: “Here to Stay” by Korn)

RING ANNOUNCER: And now the champion, standing at six foot one, two hundred and thirty four pounds, the longest reigning champion in the history of WFW, the current BAD World Heavyweight Champion….. ‘RAGE ‘O FIRE’ JARED WELLS!

::Jared Wells comes out to a mixed ovation from the crowd and enters the ring::

*bell rings*

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON COMES RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE AND HE STARTS CHOPPING THE HELL OUT OF JARED WELLS!

JONATHAN MARX: Shades of the late, great Shinya Hashimoto.

VIC WATERS: Sadly no mutton chops for Johnson.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS COMES BACK WITH SOME CHOPS OF HIS OWN!

JONATHAN MARX: If Wells goes chop to chop with Johnson, he is going to lose this battle.

VIC WATERS: Wells is as tough of nails, he can take anything Johnson throws.

BRANDON JACOBS: THEY ARE GOING BACK AND FORTH! BACK AND FORTH…. JOHNSON IS GETTING THE ADVANTAGE OF WELLS!

JONATHAN MARX: I can already see the redness of Wells’ chest.

BRANDON JACOBS: Johnson grabs the arm of Wells and whips him off the ropes… JOHNSON IS GOING FOR A LARIAT BUT WELLS DUCKS….

VIC WATERS: Just in the nick of time or he would have taken his head off.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS BOUNCES OFF THE ROPES… JOHNSON TURNS AROUND AND WELLS PUTS HIS HEAD DOWN AND COMES AT HIM WITH A SHOULDER BLOCK….. JOHNSON LEAP FROGS OVER WELLS!

JONATHAN MARX: If Wells went head first into Johnson right then, he could have fractured a couple of ribs.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS TURNS AROUND AND HE CHARGES JOHNSON…. JOHNSON CATCHES WELLS AND HE HITS HIM WITH A BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX!

CROWD: LETS GO BUCKEYES! LETS GO BUCKEYES!

JONATHAN MARX: It looks like Johnson has done his homework.

BRANDON JACOBS: Wells looks like he was winded…. JOHNSON HOOKS THE LEG AND HE IS GOING FOR THE PINFALL! THE REF GOES DOWN TO COUNT! 1---------------------------------------------------------2--------------------- WELLS KICKS OUT!

VIC WATERS: Wells kicked out well before the three.

JONATHAN MARX: Between the counters back and forth and that belly to belly suplex, Wells is having to burn a lot of energy to keep up with Johnson wrestling wise.

VIC WATERS: All of that training with Rabesque seems to have paid off a lot, but I am not worried, Wells will find a way.

BRANDON JACOBS: Johnson picks Wells slightly off the ground and he wraps the leg scissors around his stomach!

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson is trying to restrict the air flow of Wells so he can’t get his wind back.

VIC WATERS: Wells has been in wars against the toughest men in wrestling, he can take a hell of a beating and keep on coming back for more, but this is going to eat into his attacks later in the match when he is on offense. If Wells wants to win this match, he is going to have to keep it as short as possible.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS IS BREATHING HEAVY BUT HE IS TRYING TO GET TO THE ROPES SO HE CAN BREAK THIS HOLD!

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson isn’t going to let go of this without a fight and he doesn’t have to break because this match is no disqualification.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS IS REACHING OUT FOR THE ROPES…. HE MISSES AND JOHNSON IS USING HIS HANDS TO PUSH WELLS AWAY FROM THE ROPES….. WELLS REACHES OUT AGAIN IN DESPERATION AND THIS TIME HE GRABS THE ROPES!

JONATHAN MARX: That is a lucky break for Wells.

VIC WATERS: Johnson wanted to squeeze Wells like Beau Michaels was going to squeeze Cameron Cruise for child support but Wells would have none of it.

BRANDON JACOBS: Johnson finally lets go of the hold but it looks like it has done some damage to Wells… Johnson picks up Wells up off the ground…. HE HITS HIM WITH THE GUTBUSTER!

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson’s knee went right into the chest Wells.

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON GOES FOR ANOTHER COVER! THE REF GOES DOWN TO COUNT! 1------------------------------------------------------------------2------------------------------------------ WELLS KICKS OUT RIGHT BEFORE THE THREE!

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson has all the momentum right now.

VIC WATERS: Wells will comeback, it is still early.

BRANDON JACOBS: Johnson picks up Wells…. AND HE PUSHES HIM INTO THE CORNER! Wells looks like he is really out of it….. JOHNSON IS BACKING UP AND HE CHARGES WELLS AND HITS HIM WITH A DROPKICK RIGHT IN THE MIDSECTION!

JONATHAN MARX: OOOH!

VIC WATERS: Come on Wells!

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON IS SIGNALING HE IS GOING TO FINISH WELLS OFF! JOHNSON LIFTS UP WELLS AND HE PLACES HIM ON THE TOP ROPE!

JONATHAN MARX: Most of Johnson’s offense is ground based, but he knows he needs to make an impact to keep Wells down.

VIC WATERS: Wells wants to make it to the show that he won the title on to come full circle and if he wins here tonight, he’ll do that.

BRANDON JACOBS: Johnson starts climbing up the turnbuckle…. HE GRABS THE TIGHTS OF WELLS AND HE IS GOING FOR A SUPERPLEX…. WELLS BLOCKS THE MOVE!

JONATHAN MARX: Wells knows if Johnson hits this, it could very well be over.

VIC WATERS: Fight him Wells!

BRANDON JACOBS: Johnson tries again…. WELLS BLASTS HIM WITH A PUNCH AND HE FALLS OFF THE TURNBUCKLE AND CRASHES DOWN ON THE MAT!

JONATHAN MARX: That is a lucky break for Wells, Johnson was caught off guard by the shot and didn’t have time to set himself to take it.

BRANDON JACOBS: Johnson is down and he looks like he is out of it! WELLS STANDS UP ON THE TURNBUCKLE AND THEN CLIMBS UP ONE MORE….. WELLS FLIES OFF THE TOP ROPE WITH THE ALABAMA JAM AND CONNECTS WITH JOHNSON!

VIC WATERS: Wells needs to go for the cover!

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson looks out of it!

BRANDON JACOBS: Wells looks over at Johnson and he crawls over to make the cover! THE REF GOES DOWN TO COUNT! 1-------------------------------------------------------------2----------------------------------- KICKOUT!

VIC WATERS: Wells finally has the momentum for the first time tonight.

BRANDON JACOBS: Wells picks Johnson up by the hair….. HE STARTS FIRING RIGHT HANDS RIGHT INTO THE FACE OF JOHNSON WHILE HOLDING ONTO HIM BY THE HAIR!

VIC WATERS: Wells wants to get his pound of flesh for what Johnson has done to him so far.

JONATHAN MARX: If this wasn’t a under Boston Area Destruction rules, the ref might step in here to make sure that Wells opened up that closed fist but since it is Johnson is at Wells’ mercy.

BRANDON JACOBS: Wells lets go of Johnson and he is wobbling on his feet….. WELLS BOUNCES OFF THE ROPES AND HITS HIM WITH A LARIAT THAT NEARLY TAKES HIS HEAD OFF!

JONATHAN MARX: Wells must have been imagining that was Copycat’s head.

VIC WATERS: Either that or he is a big fan of Notre Dame.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS IS GOING FOR THE COVER! The ref goes down to count! 1----------------------------------------------------------------2-------------------------------------- JOHNSON GETS THE SHOULDER UP!

JONATHAN MARX: That was close.

VIC WATERS: It just goes to show you, even with all the punishment Wells has taken in this match, a couple of minutes in the other direction and Johnson could be in trouble.

BRANDON JACOBS: A frustrated Wells picks Johnson up off the mat…. WELLS PLACES THE HEAD OF JOHNSON BETWEEN HIS LEGS AND HE GOES TO LIFT HIM UP FOR A PILEDRIVER….. JOHNSON IS BLOCKING IT THOUGH!

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson has to fight this!

VIC WATERS: GET HIM UP WELLS!

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS LIFTS HIM UP AGAIN AND THIS TIME HE GETS HIM UP…. WAIT A SECOND, JOHNSON LEG SCISSORS THE HEAD WELLS AND TAKES HIM DOWN TO THE MAT!

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson used his wrestling to get himself out of a bad situation.

BRANDON JACOBS: Johnson is getting back up…. WELLS CHARGES HIM AND HE TAKES HIM DOWN TO THE MAT WITH AN ARM DRAG AND PROCEEDS TO LOCK ON A FUJIWARA ARMBAR!

JONATHAN MARX: If he can work over the arm of Wells, it is going to make it hard for him to Rage Bomb Johnson into the mat or on the concrete ground later on in the match.

VIC WATERS: I don’t know where this Steve Johnson came from, but he is making way too interesting against Wells.

JONATHAN MARX: Everyone has to lose the title sometimes.

VIC WATERS: Well tonight is not that night…

BRANDON JACOBS: The ref is going down to the mat to check to see if Wells wants to give up but he keeps on shaking his head “no!”

VIC WATERS: No means no ref, Wells will never give in or give up as long as he is alive.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS IS TRYING TO GET HIS WAY TO THE ROPES BUT HE IS TOO FAR AWAY! Wait a second, Wells is trying to push off his right boot with his left leg!

VIC WATERS: Thank god Wells boots are slip on for when Wells has had one too many and can’t handle the laces.

JONATHAN MARX: That may be a sign that you might have a problem.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS GETS THE BOOT OFF AND HE FLIPS IT TOWARDS HIMSELF BUT JUST A BIT OUT OF REACH!

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson see what Wells is doing and he making damn sure not to give him any ground so Wells can get that boot.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS IS REACHING FOR THAT BOOT AND HE IS PULLING HIMSELF OVER WITH HIS FREE HAND…… HE REACHES OUT…. HE HAS IT IN HIS HAND…. HE STARTS SWINGING IT AT THE LOWER LEGS OF JOHNSON TRYING TO GET HIM TO BREAK THE HOLD!

VIC WATERS: If this doesn’t work, Wells might have to chew off his own arm.

JONATHAN MARX: Lets hope it doesn’t get to that point, but the alcohol in Wells does numb his senses a bit.

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON IS TRYING TO RESIST THE POUNDING…. JOHNSON FINALLY BREAKS THE HOLD!

VIC WATERS: Thank god… but it appears that the damage has already been done.

JONATHAN MARX: Wells is clutching his shoulder.

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON GETS UP AND HE GOES TO GRAB THE BOOT FROM WELLS… WELLS GRABS THE BOOT WITH BOTH HANDS AND THEY ARE HAVING A TUG OF WAR OVER THE BOOT!

VIC WATERS: HOLD ON WELLS!

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON FINALLY PULLS IT AWAY AND JOHNSON STARTS REPEATEDLY POUNDING WELLS IN THE HEAD WITH THE BOOT!

JONATHAN MARX: Oh man! Johnson has snapped on Wells.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS TRIES TO ROLL OUT OF THE RING BUT HE ROLLS SIDE FIRST INTO THE RING POST AND HE IS TRAPPED IN THE CORNER!

JONATHAN MARX: Wells was simply trying to escape and in all the chaos, he lost his ring positioning.

VIC WATERS: He probably took a boot to the GPS tracker in his head.

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON GRABS THE ROPES AND HE JUMPS UP AND CRASHES DOWN RIGHT IN THE SIDE WITH A DOUBLE FOOT STOMP IN THE RIBS AND HE HOLDS ONTO THE ROPES AND HE USING BOTH FEET TO PRESS WELLS RIGHT INTO THE RING POST!

JONATHAN MARX: Wells is being squeezed from besides right now and that stomach Johnson worked over earlier can’t be feeling all that good.

VIC WATERS: Johnson is desperately trying to crush those ribs to take the fight out of Wells.

BRANDON JACOBS: Johnson lets up and he picks Wells off the ground… Wells is clutching his side… JOHNSON STARTS WAYLAYING THOSE STIFF CHOPS RIGHT INTO WELLS!

JONATHAN MARX: Wells looks like he is wincing in pain with every shot by Johnson.

VIC WATERS: Johnson is taking Wells apart part by part.

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON KNEE LIFTS IN THE STOMACH! JOHNSON HOOKS THE LEG OF WELLS AND HE GOES FOR THE FISHERMAN SUPLEX! HE HITS IT!

JONATHAN MARX: That is a hell of a bridge by Johnson.

VIC WATERS: The question is does he have the fingers locked up tight enough for the three.

BRANDON JACOBS: THE REF GOES DOWN TO COUNT! 1-------------------------------------------------------2---------------------------------- WELLS IS ABLE TO BREAK THE HOLD AND GET THE SHOULDER UP!

JONATHAN MARX: Wells barely escaped that time.

VIC WATERS: The damage is starting to take its toll on Wells, but thankfully for him those shots to the head earlier on Johnson has slowed down his reflexes a bit otherwise he would have been able to hold on.

JONATHAN MARX: He may have slowed him down for now, but Wells is reeling.

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON IS CALLING FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME!

JONATHAN MARX: We’ve seen what this can do, if he hits this, nine times out of ten his opponent is done.

VIC WATERS: Wells needs to get out of the ring to recoup for awhile.

BRANDON JACOBS: Johnson is standing over Wells from behind… a dazed Wells is getting back up….. JOHNSON HOOKS THE ARMS OF WELLS FROM BEHIND AND IS GOING FOR THE FULL NELSON…. WELLS HITS JOHNSON WITH A MULE KICK IN THE CROTCH!

VIC WATERS: Normally that would be a disqualification, but in this match that is perfectly legal.

JONATHAN MARX: It looks like Ohio State won’t be getting any second generation Buckeye from Johnson.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS PICKS UP JOHNSON ON HIS BACK AND IT LOOKS LIKE HE IS GOING TO TRY TO END THIS ALL WITH A RAGE BOMB…. WELLS GOES RUNNING ACROSS THE RING…. HE HITS THE RAGE BOMB ON JOHNSON!

JONATHAN MARX: I am not sure he got all of it, when he tried to drive Johnson into the mat he looked like he was in a lot of pain.

VIC WATERS: He’ll have plenty of time to heal up for Road to Glory after this match. This is all or nothing.

BRANDON JACOBS: AN EXHAUSTED WELLS IS CRAWLING OVER JOHNSON! THE REF GOES DOWN TO COUNT! 1--------------------------------------------------------------2------------------------------------------ JOHNSON KICKS OUT RIGHT BEFORE THE THREE!

JONATHAN MARX: So close…

VIC WATERS: Wells needs to figure something else out to keep Johnson down for the three.

BRANDON JACOBS: Wells is waiting for Johnson to get up….

VIC WATERS: It looks like he is going to try to put the last nail in the coffin, he already has to be somewhat out of it because of the Rage Bomb.

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON IS GETTING UP…. WELLS GOES FOR THE SAVATE KICK BUT JOHNSON DUCKS OUT OF THE WAY!

JONATHAN MARX: Wells is exhausted, Johnson saw that a mile away.

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON KICKS WELLS IN THE MIDSECTION…. HE GOES TO HOOK THE ARMS FOR A DOUBLE ARM DDT….. WELLS COUNTERS WITH A BACK BODY DROP AND JOHNSON CRASHES DOWN TO THE MAT!

JONATHAN MARX: Wells was ready for that one.

BRANDON JACOBS: Wells gets up, AND NOW JOHNSON GETS UP... WELLS GRABS JOHNSON AND PUTS HIS HEAD BETWEEN HIS LEGS…. HE LIFTS JOHNSON UP…. JUMPING PILEDRIVER INTO THE MAT! Wells is saying it is finisher! HE IS GOING FOR THE COVER!

VIC WATERS: HOOK THE LEG!

BRANDON JACOBS: THE REF GOES DOWN FOR THE COUNT! 1-----------------------------------------------2-------------------------------------------- KICKOUT! JOHNSON JUST GOT THE SHOULDER UP!

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson just won’t die.

VIC WATERS: Johnson is unlike any other opponents Wells has faced to date.

BRANDON JACOBS: Wells sits up and he is trying to figure out what to do with Johnson…. WELLS GETS UP AND HE DRAGS JOHNSON OVER TOWARDS THE CORNER….. WELLS PLANTS JOHNSON WITH HIS PATENTED DDT!

JONATHAN MARX: Wells looks like he is planning something.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS IS NOW GOING TO THE CORNER TURNBUCKLE AND HE IS UNDOING THE STRAPS!

VIC WATERS: Wells needs to figure a way to keep this pesky SOB down once and for all.

JONATHAN MARX: There are other ways to do it without taking his head off.

VIC WATERS: That is just a perk.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS FINALLY PULLS OFF THE TURNBUCKLE PAD EXPOSING THE METAL BELT AND WIRES! He walks back over to Johnson and picks him up off the mat.

JONATHAN MARX: Good god.

VIC WATERS: Steve Johnson is going to die.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS PICKS UP STEVE JOHNSON FOR A RAGE BOMB AND HE CHARGES THE CORNER….. STEVE JOHNSON SLIPS OUT AND WELLS CRASHES CHEST FIRST INTO THE EXPOSED TURNBUCKLE!

JONATHAN MARX: Wells could have cracked his sternum with how hard he went into that corner.

BRANDON JACOBS: Wells stumbles back clutching his chest…. JOHNSON BOUNCES OFF THE ROPES AND HE COMES OFF THE ROPES AND HITS WELLS WITH A HEART PUNCH!

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson may have just won the BAD World Heavyweight Title on that punch. Combined with the sternum shot, this might be enough to finally to keep him down!

VIC WATERS: GET UP WELLS!

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON GOES DOWN FOR THE COUNT! 1-------------------------------------------------------2----------------------------------------------------- WELLS KICKS OUT BEFORE THE THREE!

JONATHAN MARX: I thought he had him.

VIC WATERS: Wells is not going to be able to kick out of many more of those.

BRANDON JACOBS: Johnson picks Wells off the mat…. JOHNSON HOOKS ONE OF HIS LEGS OVER WELLS LEG…. HE TRAPS THE ARM…. RAPPED…. AND NOW JOHNSON IS DRAPING HIS FREE LEG OVER THE BACK OF THE NECK OF WELLS TO FULLY SYNCH THE MOVE IN!

VIC WATERS: Octopus hold!

JONATHAN MARX: Otherwise known as the Fylfot hold that originated from Karl Gotch himself. This move stretches you seven ways to Sunday.

VIC WATERS: Wells will never give up, but this can’t do Wells any good, this is going to wear him down and with how much punishment he has taken so far, there is much left in the tank.
BRANDON JACOBS: The ref is coming over and he is checking on Wells who looks completely exhausted!
JONATHAN MARX: When you are champion, each defense adds a bit of wear and tear on the body, you don’t get any breaks at all.

VIC WATERS: Johnson is a vastly different opponent than Wells normally faces, most don’t even know what an octopus hold is let alone how to apply it.

BRANDON JACOBS: EVERY APPENDAGE OF WELLS IS LOCKED UP AND HE HAS NO WHERE TO GO…. WELLS LOOKS LIKE HE IS READY TO PASS AND THE REF IS ASKING HIM IF HE WANTS TO GIVE UP BUT HE ISN’T RESPONDING…

CROWD: LETS GO BUCKEYES! LETS GO BUCKEYES! LETS GO BUCKEYES!

JONATHAN MARX: This could be it!

BRANDON JACOBS: Since Wells’ arms are tied, tthe referee waves the hand in front of Wells’ face to see if he is out …. WELLS BITES THE HAND OF THE REFEREE AND HE IS HOLDING ONTO IT FOR DEAR LIFE!

JONATHAN MARX: The ref may need his tetanus shots after that.

VIC WATERS: THIS MAY BE THE ONLY OUT OF THE HOLD!

BRANDON JACOBS: THE REFEREE IS YELLING AT WELLS TO LET GO BUT HE REFUSES TO AND THE REFEREE IS TRYING TO PULL HIS HAND OUT OF WELLS’ MOUTH!

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson may have to let go or he may not have a referee to call this match.

BRANDON JACOBS: THE REFEREE IS PLEADING WITH JOHNSON TO LET GO…. AND FINALLY HE DOES! Wells finally lets go too…. AND JOHNSON POPS HIM IN THE MOUTH AND WELLS GOES DOWN! The referee’s counting hand is bleeding!

JONATHAN MARX: After this match is over, he is going to have to have that looked at.

VIC WATERS: There is nothing Wells won’t do to retain the title.

BRANDON JACOBS: Johnson is standing over Wells looks like he is trying to figure out what he can do to keep Wells down long enough so the referee can make the three count… JOHNSON LOOKS LIKE HE HAS AN IDEA AND HE GOES TO PICK WELLS UP OFF OF THE MAT FOR A BRAINBUSTER….. BUT WELLS BLOCKS THE MOVE!

VIC WATERS: Wells knows if he goes up, he will come down and hard.

JONATHAN MARX: He wants to scramble his brains like Doe on crack.

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON TRIES TO LIFT WELLS UP AGAIN….. THIS TIME HE GETS HIM UP AND THIS TIME HE HITS THE MOVE AND WELLS CRASHES DOWN ON HIS HEAD!

VIC WATERS: NOOOOO!

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON PUTS HIS ARM OVER WELLS AND THE REF GOES DOWN TO COUNT! 1------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WELLS KICKS OUT A LONG THREE!

JONATHAN MARX: I think Steve Johnson has struck first blood, Wells looks like he was busted open on impact.

VIC WATERS: Johnson put some extra force on that brainbuster after Wells fought so hard to get out of it to make sure he got him.

BRANDON JACOBS: Steve Johnson mounts Wells…. AND HE STARTS FIRING FOREARMS RIGHT TO THE HEAD AND HE IS TRYING TO BUST HIM OPEN EVEN MORE!

JONATHAN MARX: Wells had no qualms for those closed fists to the head earlier and Johnson is paying him back with some high impact damage.

CROWD: LETS GO BUCKEYES! LETS GO BUCKEYES! LETS GO BUCKEYES!

VIC WATERS: How could this crowd cheer for this infidel?! They are bastards all of them.

BRANDON JACOBS: Steve Johnson gets up off of Wells and gets a huge ovation…. HE IS CALLING FOR HIS FINISHER AND HE IS GOING TO TRY TO WRAP THIS ONE RIGHT NOW!

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson has showed tonight that just because you are a wrestling, you still can be tough.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS IS FIGHTING IT BUT STEVE JOHNSON LOCKS WELLS IN A FULL NELSON!

JONATHAN MARX: Wells is too tired to fight him off right now.

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON HITS HIM WITH THE FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME AND WELLS’ THROAT LANDS ON THE BOTTOM RING ROPE!

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson may have crushed his neck with that move, I don’t know how he is going to get out of this one.

VIC WATERS: And they say brawling is more dangerous than wrestling….

JONATHAN MARX: Neither of these men have yet to leave the ring.

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON IS GOING FOR THE COVER AND REF GOES DOWN TO COUNT WITH THAT INJURED AND BLOODIED HAND OF HIS! 1---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2--------------------------------------------------------- WELLS KICKS OUT OF ANOTHER LONG THREE!

JONATHAN MARX: That ref is in bad shape. He is going to need some time to recover before we get a somewhat normal three count.

VIC WATERS: Thank god.

JONATHAN MARX: Wells does not look good though.

BRANDON JACOBS: A MEDIC IS COMING FROM THE BACK AND HE RUNS DOWN TO THE RING TO TAPE THE HAND OF THE REFEREE!

JONATHAN MARX: Good, this was getting ridiculous, I understand the ref is hurt, but this is an important match.

VIC WATERS: The medic looks like he is making good time in wrapping up that hand, he is even putting some cotton in the wrap to cushion the blow of having to strike the mat for the referee.

JONATHAN MARX: He needs to make sure those bandages are good and tight so neither of the wrestlers go after it and use it as a weapon on the other.

BRANDON JACOBS: Wells looks in bad shape, is holding his neck and gasping for air… JOHNSON PICKS UP WELLS AND HE LOCKS HIM IN THE COBRA CLUTCH!

JONATHAN MARX: We could be witnesses the final moments of Wells’ historic title reign finally coming to an end!

VIC WATERS: Who would have thought Steve Johnson of all people would be the one to finally beat Wells?

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson wasn’t even in the fed when this reign started.

BRANDON JACOBS: WELLS LOOKS LIKE HE IS FINALLY READY TO GO OUT! HIS EYES ARE STARTING TO GLAZE OVER!

JONATHAN MARX: Sweet dreams Wells, let a flight of angels guide thee to thy rest.

VIC WATERS: Will you stop quoting Shakespeare you geek, Wells is in trouble!

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON IS TRYING TO PULL WELLS AWAY FROM THE ROPES TO MAKE SURE HE CAN’T GET OUT OF THIS ONE….. WAIT A SECOND, WELLS PUSHES UP AND HE LOCKS HIS LEGS ON THE ROPES TO KEEP HIM FROM GETTING PULLED TO THE CENTER OF THE RING!

VIC WATERS: Come on Wells! DON’T LET GO!

JONATHAN MARX: Wells is using the last bit of energy he has to hold on!

BRANDON JACOBS: JOHNSON IS TRYING TO PULL WELLS’ LEGS FROM THE ROPES BUT WELLS IS HOLDING ON TIGHT…. JOHNSON TRIES AGAIN BUT THIS TIME WELLS’ BODY GOES LIMP AND HE PASSES OUT AND JOHNSON FALLS BACK HARD ON THE MAT WITH WELLS ON TOP OF HIM AND HE HITS HIS HEAD ON THE BACK OF THE MAT! THE REF GOES DOWN TO COUNT!

JONATHAN MARX: OH NOOO!

BRANDON JACOBS: 1--------------------------------------------------------------------2--------------------------------------------------3!

VIC WATERS: AN UNCONSCIOUS WELLS PULLED IT OFF!

RING ANNOUNCER: THE WINNER OF THE MATCH…. AND STILL BAD WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION….. JARED WELLS!

JONATHAN MARX: Johnson bumped his head when he crashed down on the mat and lost leave of his senses long enough for Wells to get the pin.

VIC WATERS: It just shows if you live long enough, you see everything.

JONATHAN MARX: What a battle between these two, Wells barely survived and Johnson would have had him earlier if Wells didn’t bit the hand of the referee. This is far from over.

VIC WATERS: I think Wells has met his match.

BRANDON JACOBS: Finally, the paramedics are coming down to try to revive Wells, he has taken a hell of an amount of punishment but I am sure he will be okay. Folks, we have to take a commercial break, but when we comeback, El Arco Iris puts his WFW North American title on the line against Dan Ryan! STAY TUNED!
