(CUEUP: ‘The End of Heartache’ by Killswitch Engage. Caitlyn Daymon walks out onto the ramp as the crowd pops huge!)
JACOBS: “She hails from Tacoma, Washington ….. standing five foot five and weighing 119 pounds ……. CAITLYN DAYMON!”
JIVE: “There’s the poor sucker now.”
GHEORGHE: “You’re going to eat those words at the end of this match, Nick … I can just feel it.”
(CUEUP: ‘Maps’ by the Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs. The crowd begins to jeer heavily as Karla Starr walks out from behind the curtain and raises her hands in the air, the Women’s championship in her left one.)
JACOBS: “And her opponent …… she stands five foot ten and weighs 127 pounds ….. hailing from Boston, Massachusetts ….. she is the CURRENT New ERA of Wrestling WOMEN’s CHAMPION ……… KARLA STARR!!!!”
(SFX: Bell rings.)
GHEORGHE: “This match for the Women's championship has begun. Karla Starr eyes Daymon as Daymon looks back at her … and here comes Daymon as both women now tie up. Starr with a knee to Daymon’s gut and she doubles her over.”
JIVE: “OUCH! Daymon hunched over as Karla Starr just drove her knee into Daymon's face. And now this right here is why I love women’s wrestling!”
GHEORGHE: “Starr now mounting Daymon... AND KARLA STARR HAS DAYMON BY THE HAIR AS SHE SLAMS HER HEAD INTO THE RING MAT REPEATEDLY!”
JIVE: “NO! The ref just had to break it up, didn't he?”
GHEORGHE: “And Starr now forcing Daymon to her feet .. as she gets to her feet, Starr slaps Daymon... Daymon turns to Karla.... AND CAITLYN DAYMON JUST SLUGGED THE WOMEN’s CHAMPION!”
JIVE: “Women aren't supposed to punch! They could ruin their looks!”
GHEORGHE: “Nick, its wrestling! Caitlyn Daymon makes her way to the turnbuckle and NOW SHE IS UNDOING THE TURNBUCKLE PAD!!”
JIVE: “I knew Daymon would do anything to win! CHEATER!”
GHEORGHE: “Daymon struggling with a knot as Starr gets to her feet. Daymon has undone the pad! KARLA STARR RUSHING AT DAYMON.... AND DAYMON CATCHES STARR’S HEAD AND SLAMS IT RIGHT INTO THAT EXPOSED TURNBUCKLE!”
JIVE: “NOOO!!!!! It's over... no woman can survive that.”
GHEORGHE: “Daymon continuing her assault…. as she connects with another slam into that exposed turnbuckle... Now what is she doing?”
JIVE: “SHE'S UNDRESSING KARLA!”
GHEORGHE: “Daymon is taking the belt off the Champion’s pants... oh no... (SFX: CRACK!) JESUS CHRIST! Daymon has just hit Starr in the back with that belt!”
JIVE: “She's crying out in pain as Daymon hit her again...”
GHEORGHE: “This is ruthless, these women have been waiting for this moment for months … for almost a year … Ever since Karla Starr turned her back on Caitlyn Daymon … since she stole the championship at BattleBRAWL …. Starr now using the turnbuckle to get to her feet ….. Daymon walks over …. she swings the belt at Starr’s face.... NO! STARR DUCKS .. SHE HOOKS THE WAIST AND SNAP SUPLEXES DAYMON RIGHT INTO THE TURNBUCKLE!”
JIVE: “Where is she going?”
GHEORGHE: “Starr over to the opposite corner now as she mounts the top rope … Daymon on her feet and she looks dazed... Daymon walks into the center of the ring …. TOP ROPE HURRICANRANA... AND STARR CONNECTS! With the cover.... ONE …….. TWO …….. AND DAYMON GETS HER FOOT ON THE ROPE!!!”
JIVE: “She got lucky! Karla Starr had her down and out right there.”
GHEORGHE: “We may never know, Nick. Karla Starr brings Daymon back to her feet and locks her in a headlock … and now Starr is badmouthing her opponent!”
JIVE: “She’s telling Daymon that if she has any type of intelligence, she’ll submit … or walk away. The Women’s Champion has had a strangle hold on the championship since she became the inaugural champion in December…”
GHEORGHE: “She stole the championship from right under the nose of Caitlyn Daymon .. and after all that Starr has done to her since, including having her arrested, I think Caitlyn Daymon would rather bleed to death than submit to Karla Starr!”
JIVE: “That sounds about right .. she’s not that intelligent.”
GHEORGHE: “Starr with a go behind and she pulls out the legs from underneath Daymon sending her face first into the mat …. Starr now drops the leg across the back of the neck! Karla Starr back on her feet and she’s telling the fans that this match is as good as done!”
JIVE: “She’s totally outclassed Daymon…”
GHEORGHE: “Starr back over to Daymon and picks her up …. Starr with an irish whip and kicks Daymon in the stomach on the way back …. And the Women’s champion drops her with a swinging neckbreaker! AND NOW KARLA STARR IS STANDING IN THE CORNER WAITING FOR DAYMON TO GET UP!”
JIVE: “Karla Starr is going to kick her head off, then hit the Morning Starr to finally get rid of Caitlyn Daymon for good!”
GHEORGHE: “Daymon is on her knees trying to shake the cobwebs off … Starr waits for her to get to her feet … AND SHE COMES IN WITH THE SUPERKI… NOO! CAITLYN DAYMON DUCKS! DAYMON WITH A SHOT TO THE GUT ….. AND SHE HITS THE SCOOP DRIVER!!! Caitlyn Daymon with the cover …… ONE ……….. TWO ……………. THR—NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!”
JIVE: “She had her tights! Daymon was trying to cheat to win the championship!”
GHEORGHE: “She did not, Nick! Both women are on their feet and Karla Starr comes back in to try to regain control … BUT DAYMON WITH A SIDE KICK TO THE STOMACH! SHE FOLLOWS IT WITH A ROLLING DDT! Caitlyn Daymon now grabs the hair of Starr to bring her up …. AND DAYMON GOES FOR THE DAYMONPLEX!!!”
JIVE: “No! Starr is blocking!”
GHEORGHE: “ Karla Starr is blocking the Daymonplex attempt ….. AND SHE DDTs DAYMON TO THE MAT!”
JIVE: “Caitlyn Daymon got greedy and Karla Starr rewarded her with a nice face plant into the mat. Now Karla Starr is starting to look a little worn out as she slowly gets to her feet.”
GHEORGHE: “Karla Starr has done everything in her power to keep Caitlyn Daymon away from her, and now she has had to go head to head to defend her championship … Starr walks over to Daymon as Caitlyn is on her knees … AND KARLA STARR PUSHES HER BACKWARDS ONTO HER ASS! Karla Starr quickly pouncing and she hops on top of Daymon’s chest!”
JIVE: “If only I were Karla Starr right now…”
GHEORGHE: “KARLA STARR IS NOW TRYING TO RIP THE HAIR OUT OF CAITLYN DAYMON’s HEAD!”
JIVE: “Daymon is screaming out in pain .. from what I hear, the longer the hair, the more sensitive the scalp is.”
GHEORGHE: “The referee counting Starr … and the Women’s Champion releases the hair pull as she gets back up to her feet.”
JIVE: “Karla Starr looks pissed off that the referee made her stop.. but hell, I would have kept on pulling. What’s the worst that can happen? She’d get disqualified, but keep her championship. Now THAT would be the ultimate slap in the face to Daymon.”
GHEORGHE: “Starr picks up Daymon and tosses her into the corner … and now Karla Starr placing the heel of her boot into the throat of Daymon … and she is choking her in the corner! The referee once again counting … ONE … TWO … THREE … FOU… and Starr releases the choke hold … and now she drives some hard kicks to the side of Caitlyn Daymon …. Starr now placing the heel back on to the throat of Daymon!”
JIVE: “By doing this she is depriving Daymon of air and by disorienting her Starr can once more attempt to get her shoulders on the mat.”
GHEORGHE: “AND NOW KARLA STARR IS PLACING CAITLYN DAYMON ON THE TOP ROPE! Starr starts to get up with her …. AND NOW BOTH WOMEN ARE STRADDLING THE TOP TURNBUCKLE! Karla Starr hooks the wai… NO! Caitlyn Daymon hooks her foot underneath the rope and Starr can’t get her over!”
JIVE: “Come on, ref! Where are you now?!”
GHEORGHE: “This is a perfectly legal move, Nick. Caitlyn Daymon is blocking the move.”
JIVE: “That’s not fair! As the Women’s Champion, Karla Starr should have the say in what Caitlyn Daymon can and can not do!”
GHEORGHE: “Karla Starr releases Daymon’s waist as she goes to knock her in the face … BUT DAYMON GRABS ONTO STARR’s HAND! Karla Starr now wobbling on the top turnbuckle…”
(SFX: Fans pop!)
GHEORGHE: “KARLA STARR GETS CATAPULTED OFF THE TOP ROPE TO THE MAT! CAITLYN DAYMON JUST UPPERCUTTED STARR OFF THE TOP TURNBUCKLE! Daymon measures ….. AND CAITLYN DAYMON FLIES OFF WITH A LEG DROP!”
JIVE: “Noooo!!”
GHEORGHE: “Caitlyn Daymon with the cover …. ONE …….. TWO …….. AND THE WOMEN’S CHAMPION KICKS OUT!”
JIVE: “Karla Starr still manages to kick out! Now that’s the heart of a champion!”
GHEORGHE: “Caitlyn Daymon slowly getting to her feet …. BUT KARLA STARR MANAGES TO LEG SWEEP HER BACK TO THE MAT!”
JIVE: “Daymon’s little insurgency is about to be squashed!”
GHEORGHE: “Starr lifting Daymon up …. BUT DAYMON WITH A JAB TO THE GUT OF STARR …. AND ANOTHER!! Daymon locking Starr up.... BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX AND STARR GOES CRASHING TO THE ARENA FLOOR BELOW!”
JIVE: “SHE JUST BELLY TO BELLIED HER OUT OF THE RING!”
GHEORGHE: “Karla Starr might just be losing her grip on the Women’s championship!”
JIVE: “This could be a problem.... wait … what is Karla Starr doing? She just like rolled under the ring!”
GHEORGHE: “Huh? Daymon rolls out the ring and is looking for Starr who is no where to be found...”
(SFX: Fans jeer!)
GHEORGHE: “Karla Starr went under the ring and apparently crawled to the other side as she is coming out from the opposite end! Daymon looks over the guardrail for Starr … BUT KARLA STARR IS BACK IN THE RING …. Starr bounces off the ropes... FLYING PANCHA ONTO DAYMON WHO HAD JUST TURNED AROUND!”
(SFX: Fans jeer hardcore!)
JIVE: “WHAT A MANUEVER!”
GHEORGHE: “Starr back on her feet and she is stomping a mudhole into Caitlyn Daymon... Daymon finally manages to roll out of the way and starts getting to her feet …. And she nails an uppercut to Starr’s face! Caitlyn Daymon connects with an inverted DDT! Daymon lifts Starr up and now she irishwhips the Women’s Champion... RIGHT INTO THE RING STEPS!!!”
(SFX: Fans pop huge!)
JIVE: “DISQUALIFY HER!”
GHEORGHE: “This match is setting the tone for the others after it tonight.. if these two women are doing this to each other with their history … just imagine what Marx and Rabesque are going to do to one another!! Daymon picking up a lifeless Starr... Now she takes Starr over with the fireman’s carry.... WAIT!! CAITLYN DAYMON HIT THE DAYMONPLEX ONTO THE RING STEPS!!!”
JIVE: “It’s over... it's all over! There’s no way Karla Starr can get up after that!”
GHEORGHE: “Daymon rolls Starr in the ring and she rolls in after her…. Daymon with the cover... ONE ………….. TWO …………… THREE—NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Faint … very, very, VERY faint kickout!”
(SFX: Fans pop but soon die down after realizing that Starr kicked out.)
GHEORGHE: “DAYMON IS IN SHOCK AS THE WOMEN’s CHAMPION KICKED OUT! She lifts Karla up again and shoots for the fireman’s carry…. ANOTHER DAYMONPLEX …… NOOOOOOOO KARLA STARR KICKING! STARR SWINGS ACROSS..... A REVERSED SWINGING NECKBREAKER! HOLY COW!”
JIVE: “HOLY SHIT! I have never seen that before. I think she just patented a new move in New ERA! Daymon on the ground … and now Starr is stomping her foot on the ground. Daymon on her feet………. MOONSHOT!!!!!!! SHE HITS THE SUPERKICK …. CAITLYN DAYMON FALLS DOWN STRAIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING!”
GHEORGHE: “STARR MOUNTING THE TURNBUCKLE...... THE MORNING STARR OFF THE TOP ROPE!!! ONE ……….. TWO ………….. THREEEEEEEE!”
JIVE: “NO STINKING WAY GOODNIGHT! STOP THE DAMN MADNESS! This can't be! CAITLYN DAYMON KICKED OUT OF THE MORNING STARR!! Both women are lying in the middle of the ring not knowing what to do next!!”
(SFX: Fans start chanting for Caitlyn Daymon.)
GHEORGHE: “Karla Starr struggling to her feet as she holds her ribs... Starr walks over to Daymon and DAYMON TRIPS HER! Daymon crawling over to the ropes and she uses them to get to her feet! Starr gets to her feet … and Daymon hits Starr in the face …. and she gets the Women’s Champion in the corner and connects with another punch …. another …. and Starr is looking out of it … BUT STARR FORCES A SWITCH AND NOW SHE STARTS PUNCHING THE LIVING HELL OUT OF CAITLYN DAYMON!!! OH GOD! KARLA HAS JUST RIPPED DAYMONS SHIRT OFF!!!”
CROWD: “N.E.W! N.E.W! N.E.W!”
JIVE: “That's hawt.....”
GHEORGHE: “Back to the match on hand, Nick. Starr pulls Daymon out the corner …. Daymon swings at Starr, but she ducks …. AND STARR GOES FOR THE FIREMAN’s CARRY ….. WAIT A MINUTE!!! SHE CONNECTS WITH THE DAYMONPLEX ON CAITLYN DAYMON!!!”
JIVE: “She used her own move against her!!”
GHEORGHE: “ONE …………. TWO ………….. THREEE!!!! BY GOD KARLA STARR RETAINS HER TITLE HERE TONIGHT!!!”
(SFX: Bell rings.)
JACOBS: “The winner of this match via pinfall ….. AND STILLLLLLLLL NEW ERA OF WRESTLING WOMEN’s HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION ………….. KARLA STARR!!!”
(SFX: Fans jeer incredibly loud as Karla Starr grabs the championship and tosses it over her shoulder.)
GHEORGHE: “I can’t believe it!”
JIVE: “She did it! She did it with Daymon’s own move!!”
GHEORGHE: “Karla Starr … somehow managing to come out on top of this match .. and I guess I have to hand it to her. She had managed to sneak by Caitlyn Daymon time after time, and she did so tonight again.”
JIVE: “Starr is the epitome of a Women’s Champion. Olivia Lewes won here tonight, so that should be a difficult match in the future … but tonight .. tonight Karla Starr will be able to bask in the limelight as she outwitted, outsmarted, and outplayed Caitlyn Daymon.”
GHEORGHE: “What a shame.”
