(At one of the GXW House Shows, Joey Tyler comes around the corner with microphone in hand and camera man in tow. Joey rushes up to JT Savage, as he enters the building, sticking the microphone in JT’s face.)
Savage: Looks like after what happened after X-Perience that you’re the big man back here now, huh, Tyler?
Tyler: What do ya mean?
Savage: Why don’t you rent that space between your ears out for storage? Obviously the GXW was rocked to it’s knees with what happened at the end of X-Perience. Chad Dupree and some moron named JP join forces and one Victoria McCave comes out of the crowd wielding a steel chair and taking out two face? With McCave off with Dupree and JP, Who do you think that leaves to be doing interviews?
Tyler: Hey I never thought….
Savage: That’s your problem, you never think. Now you’ve come over here sticking this damn microphone in my face. You didn’t think before you did that now did you? I’m feeling fairly charitable, so I’m not going to stick that microphone down your throat. Now what is it that you want?
Tyler: Er..Um…What’s up with Wildside? The Motor City Maniacs and JT Savage back together again, What brought that about?
Savage: You know sometimes it takes old friends to open your eyes to the happenings around you. When I first met Chad, He said how was going to help promote JT Savage like I had never been promoted before. In the NthWA, He pointed me in a direction and I followed. Now don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed every second of that, but it took away from whom I was. Ripper and Max are who am I. We’re made from the same mold. They needed some help, they called and the rest is what you saw at X-Perience.
Tyler: We know an awful lot about Ripper and Max. Where does that leave your alliance to the fans?
Savage: If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my career, it’s that the fans will make their own choices. They’ll cheer whom they want to cheer. I know who pays my checks, but I’m going to do what I have to do. If the fans want to cheer me, fine. If not, that’s their business. I’ll continue to make my personal appearances and mix with the GXW fans.
Tyler: You were know by some in the business as one of Chad’s “boys”. Where does your loyalty fall with him?
Savage: One of his boys? Screw that. I was not one of his boys. I took a stance against Team Phenom to help out Chad. I didn’t get or expect special treatment from him. That being said, I think Dupree is a hypocrite. He told me to never sell out and look at what he’s done. See a little bit of Greed can make you do bad things.
Tyler: That’s fair enough, What does Wildside have in store for the GXW?
(Savage looks into the camera and smirks.)
Savage: What do we have in store for the GXW? You see Tyler, That’s your problem, you’re always trying to be the man to spoil the fun and break the story wide open. I’ll tell you what, you sit back and watch and then and only then will you have the story that you feel you deserve. Are we done?
Tyler: Sure, I guess.
Savage: Good.
(JT leaves as Tyler gives the camera crew the wrap up signal.)
