WRESTLERS' INFORMATION:

TEAM NAME: Bold New Disaster

Individual Names: Problem Child and Castor V. Strife
Individual Nicknames: None that they need to be announced by, but PC used to be known as the ‘Human DDT Machine’ for his tendency to pull of DDT’s from a variety of positions.
Team Nicknames: None

Heights: PC: 6’1; Castor: 6’3
Weights: PC: 225; Castor: 265
Handedness': Both are right-handed
Looks': Problem Child has brown eyes and a dyed-black mullet which is spiked on the top, similar to Mike Awesome. Used to have a skinhead. Dresses in cutoff jean shorts, black combat boots, a band t-shirt (usually White Zombie, Prong, Megadeth, Iron Maiden, or NO-FX). Total scumbag. Castor has blue eyes, and long dirty blonde hair that’s usually in a pony tail. He sort of has the Bret Michaels aging rock star look about him. One thing significantly different about Castor since his first NFW run: his body. He used to be around PC’s weight, in the 225-230 range, but now he’s gained over 30 pounds and is looking pretty ripped. There is much speculation that he’s been using anabolic steroids, provided to him by his manager Jimmy Mylde. Body wise, his transformation is similar to that of the Dynamite Kid between the late seventies and mid-eighties. As for his attire, he now sports official BND spandex, with one pant leg being black, the other faded gold. The black leg says “BND” in faded gold, and the faded gold side says “Castor” in black.

Hailing From: PC’s from the Bronx, N.Y., and Castor’s from Hollywood, C.A., but as a team they will be announced as from “The BND Athlete’s Complex in Pasadena, C.A.”

Disposition: Heels
Gimmick: PC is an immature, white trash idiot from the Bronx. Castor is an eccentric film director from Hollywood. However, Bold New Disaster as a team and a stable have infiltrated NFW in an attempt to destroy the established pecking order, shake up the world of pro wrestling, and change the way the sport operates forever with themselves at the top of the heap.

Ring Attire: PC wears his cutoff jeans and combat boots, but usually takes his shirt off before the match begins. Castor wears official BND spandex, with one pant leg being black, the other faded gold. The black leg says “BND” in faded gold, and the faded gold side says “Castor” in black.

Theme Music: “Shelter” by the Rolling Stones (also the stable’s general theme)
Ring Entrance: Led to the ring by their manager, Jimmy Mylde, and Castor’s girlfriend, Lana Dremire. PC is usually taunting the crowd, spitting on them, tearing up sings, bouncing up and down with high energy, etc. Castor walks to the ring very calmly, sneering at fans, ripping his arm away if they try and touch him, etc.

Invidual and Team Tactics/Style: PC is a brawler/high flyer, and Castor is an incredible athlete who is well-rounded. When I created PC it was done with Justin Credible in mind, and Castor was created with Shawn Michaels/Lance Storm in mind. Therefore, if I had to compare them to any team, naturally it would be the The Impact Players (Credible and Storm, former ECW tag team champions).

Individual and Team Strengths: PC is very dynamic, tough, and durable. Castor is well-rounded, incredibly strong, and his move set has a wide range. As a team, they have great communication, their move sets complement one another well, and they bring a very high level of energy.

Individual and Team Weaknesses: When the momentum of a match swings against them, their communication often breaks down, they are very impatient, and like any heel team their egos often get the best of them.

MATCHWRITING GUIDE:

Castor’s Move Set: German suplex, belly to belly suplex, flying leg drop, moonsault, senton bomb, dropsault, super kick, double-overhook suplex, springboard diving clothesline, springboard dropkick, cradle piledriver, spike piledriver, powerslam, brainbuster suplex.

PC’s Move set: DDT, flying DDT (jumps from the top turnbuckle and hits his opponent with a DDT), fireman’s carry into a DDT, tornado DDT, hurricanrana (from the top rope and other positions), sunset flip, brawling punches and kicks, headbutts, moonsault, frog splash, rope-hung guillotine leg drop, tilt-a-whirl headscissors, corkscrew, irish whip into a flying knee, irish whip into a flying headbutt.

CHARACTER BIOGRAPHY:

Problem Child: White trash from Bronx, N.Y., PC comes from a troubled background. His mother was/is a drug abuser, and his father left them when he was only 3. Got his start in 1997 as Alex Wylde’s sidekick in ACW and made a name for himself when Alex Wylde gave him the ACW Interstate Title. In 1998, PC was signed by the UWA and made a bigger name for himself when he joined Troy Windham’s stable, The Frat. In what was known as “Frat 2.0”, PC joined Troy Windham, Alex Wylde, Bandit, and Red-headed stepchild, helping them to a cage match victory over UWA superstars on one of their PPV broadcasts. Later that year he went on to win the UWA Midwestern States Title. After the UWA folded, PC did a brief stint in CSWA before taking a prolonged absence from pro-wrestling. When NFW opened up, PC was excited to get his career back on the fast track. Although President Quentin Sullivan was averse to taking on the headache that was the former Frat 2.0 titleholder, Commissioner Craig Miles convinced him that the new promotion could use the upstart’s energy. However, when PC showed up to a tryout high on heroine, it was clear his career was headed down the toilet. Really, it wasn’t the drugs that bothered Miles, at all, but he figured if PC couldn’t even get to the ring without collapsing, he would only be a dead-weight on the promotion. PC’s career was finished, and soon it was clear that he had a drug problem. In 2008, a knock on PC’s mom’s apartment door from Jimmy Mylde would change PC’s life forever. Mylde, the self-styled supplement salesman and former NTWA/FSW announcer, helped PC to kick his drug habit. PC, looking to return to the ring, found help in his former stable-mate and friend Troy Windham, who signed him for $50 to wrestle in the newly opened Troy Windham Wrestling. Mylde, acting as a sports agent for both PC and Castor V. Strife, paired the two into a tag team and stable to be known as the Bold New Disaster. After making numerous challenges to NFW wrestlers and summarily pissing off the entire locker room, Mylde put his money where his mouth was and invaded an NFW house show with his new team. NFW accepted Mylde’s challenge to the promotion, and decided to let his team wrestle on a match-to-match basis.

Castor V. Strife: Not much is known about the independent film maker’s upbringing, but in his late-teens he doubled between making unsuccessful indy films and wrestling in various northwest promotions. Finally, he got his big break in the adult film industry by producing and directing some financially successful male erotic films. He quickly became bored of the endeavor, and other such money-making schemes, deciding once and for all that he would pursue only his artistic vision. This vision included a pro-wrestling renaissance which he would personally oversee. Unfortunately for Castor, this vision never panned out. His break came when NFW signed him, and after a debuting with a lengthy win streak, Castor would yet again experience failure. Back to back losses to Shane Southern in a main event match for the NFW World Title and Michael Manson in the first round of the ULTRATITLE tournament left Castor deeply discouraged. Castor was sidelined by a few distractions, including major knee surgery emanating from his all out wars with Southern and Manson, the drug addiction of his girlfriend Lana Dremire, and the firing of his former manager Benjamin ‘El Puta’ Hernandez (whose penchant for self-promotion was outshining Castor’s career). After five years away from the ring, Castor made his return to NFW as part of Jimmy Mylde’s Bold New Disaster stable. Mylde helped Castor with his rehabilitation, and it is rumored that the extra 30 pounds of muscle Castor has since put on during his absence are a result of Mylde’s anabolic steroid operation which his supplement company serves as a front for. However, this is all just speculation.

Notice the edit to my team's finisher- I had to clarify that PC does an inverted slingshot catapult into Castor's neckbreaker. Because if it wasn't inverted it'd be near impossible lol.
