Going back to the recent Manifesto, which is pretty much a restatement of how we've wanted things to work over the years...
I don't think we'll need to close RP threads anymore. Everything that happens in the RP threads isn't the sole factor of decision-making, so if people are still motivated -- I don't think we want to hinder anything. The more hype, the merrier.
