Gentlemen's Wrestling Club est 1921

It's 1921 and America is now the wealthiest country in the world! People were migrating from all round Europe and beyond to what they believed was the land of opportunity.

Wrestling is still mainly seen in carnival tents and stage-shows and it's legitimacy is almost never questioned. But that is all about to change, as Hungarian Janos Coxon-Hadik has decided to make this age old sports and bring it right into the 20's!

After agreeing a lucrative radio broadcasting contract KTXA-MI, Mr Hadik will promote a series of professional wrestling exhibitions around the Missouri, Illinois and New York areas in an inprecidentented move to bring wrestling into the modern halls and stadiums.

The first season will consist of 4 broadcasts on Sunday evening at 5pm, featuring many of the stars of the professional wrestling world.

It is Mr Hadik's intention to unify some of the many Championship belts from around the country as well as to bring to the forefront some of the lesser known aspects to the sport such as the '1 Fall Contest' as well as the action packed 'Tag Team Match' where two wrestlers team up against two wrestlers.

This efed is a trial, to see if there is a) a market for ANOTHER fed and b) to see if it's unique setup will gainer any interest. We will therefore run 4 shows in season 1, if it is successful more season's will be run, each time I'm hoping to add a little twist, ie different areas of the country or focusing around a different angle etc.

A few things to note before sending in an app.

1. This efed is set in 1921, we have no pyro, no pay per view, no Canadian Destroyers.

2. This will be a angle fed (but I may be willing to change this and other things after the results of season 1). I'll be looking at running this like a promotion from the 1920's, so promoting angles/matches through 'newspaper articles' and radio interviews before the matches start.

3. The show's will be posted Sunday's and will read as if they are listening to a radio broadcast. The day before the show a 'preview' event will go out, this will include the roleplays from the week (I'm only looking for one per person).

4. I think this is a great opportunity to be creative as well as not committing yourself to anything. At the end of each Season (if we make it past 1), you can walk away or stay. I'm looking for people of all levels of ability who want to enjoy this hobby for what it once was, a bit of fun.

I tried to make an African American character, but the fed rejected me. DAMN the 20's were racist.

Also, you can go ahead and sign up Enzo Strife, Castor's grandfather, famous for directing silent films where women show their *GASP* guarder belts!
