Hello everyone.
There are a few very important items regarding feud documents and planning documents that I need everyone to pay close attention to.
1. You should ALL be sharing your planning documents with me. If you aren't, I cannot book your planned matches/segment when booking a show. This is super important. You should not expect me to hunt you down. Most of you are doing this, but not all. Please share your documents with me.
2. There is a set format for planning segments and matches in your documents. This is VERY IMPORTANT. It lets me copy and paste the planned segment or match straight into the runsheet. Otherwise, I have to type it all out manually. The format is as follows:
SEG:
Title (if known):
Who is Involved:
NPC/Staff Characters:
Physical Location:
Card Placement:
Description:
Writer:
MATCH:
Who vs Who:
Booked or Impromptu:
Card Placement:
Referee:
Description/Finish:
Writer:
Basically, exactly the way you see it when we post runsheets is how it should be in your planning document. If we keep things uniform like this, everything will run much much smoother and we can avoid unnecessary delays.
Thanks everyone for your hard work.
