I saw the Punisher trailer yesterday on Access Hollywood. It was supposed to come on with the Hulk, which opens tomorrow... but I figured, why go to that? I'd be like, the one guy in the theatre. Haven't met one person yet who doesn't want to see it because it "looks stupid". With Jennifer Connelly, I think I could look past fake-o special effects. But the Punisher looks cool! Thomas Jane is Frank Castle... John Travolta is Howard Saint...

Bought Friday the 13th Part 2 and Nightmare on Elm Street 2 yesterday, and watched em both. Kind of pulling on a collection, buying them one at a time... the originals were last week. Yeah, I'm looking forward to Freddy vs. Jason. Nightmare 2 was kind of cheesey 80s stuff... it seemed more like Nightmare 5, or one of those movies in a long series that's cheesy and really high up. Like that Psycho movie, where some guy reopens the Bates motel... it was more of a comedy, with him walking around with an urn of Norman's ashes while he goes from one spoofie situation to the next...

Nightmare gets a six out of ten.
Friday gets an eight. It's the only time you see Jason's face when it's not all f*cked up and decayed.

Can't say I have many at this time. Rage broke up... but Audioslave is cool. Tool's reentered it's dormant phase, but in a few years, I expect they'll return with some kick ass album. I'm really not into A Perfect Circle... especially since they dropped Paz Lenchantin. She's hot, but now she's playing wussy music with Billy Corgan. My favorite bands, at this point, are Chevelle, 30 Seconds to Mars, Radiohead, and the Deftones.

The only recent albums that I have bought within the last month were the Matrix 2: Reloaded soundtrack, and the Swordfish soundtrack. (Didn't like the movie too much, but loved the music...go Paul Oakenfold)

I am an actor, but right now at this time I currently work in a nursing home as a CNA on the night shift. It's a very humble job, and it isn't much, but it pays the bills and keeps me from mooching off of other people. (Something that I absolutely hate to do)

Believe it or not, going to hear Don & Lori Chaffer of Waterdeep live always gets me moving. I know that nobody has ever heard of them, and that's okay. I would be surprised if anybody did. They are a local band out of Manhatten, Kansas who perform in a lot of coffeehouses, most notably a place called the New Earth. Take my word for it that you have not experienced a true jam concert until you have had "The Waterdeep Experience" It is like totally sweetness dudes, but that is just me. I try to go whenever I have the time or the money if I am or they are in town.

What can I say, I have heard the big bands, but I actually get a bigger thrill out of listening to upstarts and local talents a whole lot more. I guess I am crazy that way, but that is just me. But don't get me wrong, I have see the bigger names live but the locals are better.

I don't read as much as I would like to. I haven't had the opportunity to sit down and read a good book. I don't drink much like I used to. I guess I am winding down. I don't even smoke, even thought I have been known to pick up an occasional cigar and smoke it.

In fact, funny story, about a little over a month ago, I was with my friend Durk (Warrick...the gothac alcemey/mystical illusions) over at one of his friend's house. He is an avid collector of cigars. This guy gave me my first authentic Cuban cigar. It took me over an hour, but I smoke it completely all. Plus I learned the true way how to smoke a giant Cuban. But that wasn't the best part, the funny part was how smoking this Cuban actually got me more messed up than any large amounts of consuming alcohol. To say it got me buzzed, was an understatement. It was heavy.

Last album I bought with what little money I had was Joe Budden's new one. It's pretty decent, but I'm not sure how die hard hip hop or rap fans are going to react. The last song I downloaded was "Crazy in Love" by Beyonce and Jay-Z. Man I suck. Another good album I recently picked up was Guru's Jazzmatazz: Street Soul. I suggest it for anyone who likes hip hop. Guru is one of the founding members of GangStarr, btw. Also, the soundtrack I got with the Animatrix combo was frickin' sweet as well... along with the Matrix Reloaded soundtrack.

I just saw one the other night... SLC Punk. It's got Matthew Lillard in it, and he does an excellent job. I see so many damn movies that I forget a lot of em, but this one was worth remembering I guess.

I purchased a few albums all together and I wasn't all that thrilled with them. Field Mob, BONE Thugs N Harmony, and Freeway...with the latter being the best out of all them, but not as good as I had expected.

I downloaded Ol' Dirty Bastard's version of the Phil Collins song Susudio. I am not at home, so I can't tell you the exact spelling. I know all of you are gonna line up to DL that one.

The Last American Virgin. Its an old 80's movie that was the closest thing to American Pie for its era. I had to buy a bootleg DVD-R...only to find out later its going to be officially released this summer on DVD. :-(

In the theatre it had to be the new Matrix flick. I dug it.

Fav Musical Act? Don't have any, I'm not much for Musical Acts, the last time I went to one was when I was like 10 years old and they had a musical act for the sequal to The Wizard Of Oz, named Return To Oz. I saw that as Radio City Music Hall in NYC...
