The new version of vBulletin comes with CKeditor, which is the nifty WYSIWYG editor used to enter threads and replies.
For those of you that have been begging (but especially Warren!), you now have the ability to have content autosaved. Every 60 seconds that your post is open, you'll see a yellow "Auto-Saved" note in the lower right hand corner. If for some reason your browser goes wacky or something times out, it is supposed to give you the ability to recover. If you leave without posting, when you "Create New Thread" again, it should give you an option in the bottom left of the frame to restore saved content. I don't know if this works for replies or not. (I'm still trying to get a successful test -- I see the Auto-Saved message, but can't get the "Restore Saved Content" button yet.)

A couple of other things:
- You can now paste in content from Word. Click the "Word" button above, next to "Font" and a window will pop up where you can paste from Word. Once submitted, the forum automatically converts the text. For example, bulleted text will stay bulleted.
- You can now enter tables/columns and other formatting.
- The size of the editor window is sizable. Drag the triangular icon in the lower right corner.
