FTP settings for fwrestling.com hosting

Hey all,

I wasn't quite sure where to put this, so I figured I'd throw it in here and hope someone can help me out.

I just can't seem to find the complete list of settings for my FTP server so I can get into my fwrestling.com hosting account. I've got the server name, but I need a port number, whether to use a proxy or not, etc. and couldn't find anything on the main site.

Can anyone help a guy out?
