One the most recent Dr. Keith Show, Ian Rotten brought up an excellent point in why he continues to do the Ted Petty Invitational tournament every year. He said by doing it every year, it keeps Ted Petty’s (Rocko Rock) name alive for a whole new generation of fans and he thought it was a shame that the Eddie Gilbert Memorial came to an end because of politics because that man truly deserved to be remembered. Today, we pay tribute to Hotstuff Eddie Gilbert and the legacy he left in wrestling.
