Nothing More, Nothing Less.
Once more it is that time of the year, and Just Wrestling is throwing open its doors to any and all e-wrestling writers who want a change of pace, or a little flexibility, or the chance to hone their skills in a unique roleplay-based environment. If you don't already know, Just Wrestling is the place that is JUST about the roleplaying - nothing more, nothing less. Just Wrestling runs on a touring basis, so you're only committed for five shows and then you can go and do your thing elsewhere, no questions asked - or stick around if you like what's building around you.
We've housed some of this hobby's finest writers. Been reading GTT7? Terrence Kingsley laid the groundwork for "Den of Snakes" on a Just Wrestling tour. Impressed by Andy Murray mopping up all of GCW's 2009 Awards? It took him three tries to defeat our two-time champion Aaron Nothings. Because we don't sign wrestlers to long-term written contracts, we're unusual in that we get a large number of the finest e-wrestlers hopping over to Just for a short while to try something new. Maybe you should be one of them.
This time last year we ran a Lethal Lottery tournament. Twenty people signed up, and we paired them randomly into tag teams via a live AIM draw. It was a lot of fun, and more importantly it made for a great tournament. Eventually Meat and Aaron Nothings came out as the winners, and it's the Tag Team Trophy that they currently hold that you'll be competing for. If that's not enough for you, as is traditional the winning pair will also have the chance at a Just Wrestling Championship shot - but they'll have to face off against each other to decide who gets it!
Current Just Wrestling Champion Jay Terror will lead the charge across the Atlantic as, for the first time, we'll be touring Britain! I've selected five of the UK's finest and most hallowed wrestling venues - so for you UK-based e-fedders, this is a great chance to write for a tour in the places that you know and love. Like Stockport. We all know and love Stockport, right? ...
Seriously, though. Hop on over for a Just Wrestling tour. I'd list the testimonials about what great fun it is here, but there are just too many of them now. (I'm serious. I have them saved in a Word document.) Sign-ups for this tour close on 21 January, and the tour and tournament both begin one week later. If you've got any questions about how Just Wrestling works or how the tournament will be run, don't hesitate to contact me. The website is at http://just.supremepixels.com, where the Concept page should tell you everything you need to know.
Just Wrestling - because it works.
Thanks for your time.
