UNCUT BOOKING / IDEA / SHIT SHOOTING THREAD

Hi. I'm Evan and I'm really goddamn excited about Uncut. Which makes complete sense of you've written with me for any length of time because maaaaaaaan do I love world building and weird off show segments. I try at every turn to champion use of the news and propaganda boards to further tell your stories and give the group fun new stuff to read... so... seeing as James read my mind and came up with this idea for a seg heavy show? I tinkled a little. A show that's all segments, opportunities for NPC comedy, and extended world development?

So all of that being said, I've had some idears for format.

Remember the old Primetime Wrestling show Bobby Heenan and Gorilla Monsoon hosted? YouTube that shit, it's hilarious. Anyway... desk, Angus and whatever talking heads we want to feature, cutt away to the different segments, cutting back to Angus and whomever to shoot the shit about the segment/angle/story/wrestlers involved whatever... get the jist?

We'd use the announcers/guest talking head as a a way to sort of recap all the angles for new readers/new writers that need to catch up... whilst also giving us fare opportunity for funny exchanges. Funny announcer babble is always fun, and what better place for that than a show like Uncut?

Use this thread to publicly powwow on shit for Uncut, post any random ass idea you come up with and see if somebody bites. One persons random off handed comment could be someone elses basis for a killer segment. You never know.



I was talking with Justin earlier, and the possibility of an ACX, Rich Mahogony and Don-Ho hosted interview segment or something of the like is a definite possibility. I also shot a PM to Murr about that weird highland games idea... Uncut! Woo! I agree with James, even without a set in stone format the response to this new show, the amount of kickass creative stuff that's happening in docs right now is stellar. So excited.

[El Trebol]

So I kind of posted a segment to open the show where El Trebol declares himself the boss of Uncut. Utah had a show similar to this that I did the same thing with, so it seemed only fitting to repeat history by making the midget the boss of the extra show. With that said, not all of the other characters would appreciate this declaration, so keep that in mind if you'd like a little "authoritative interaction in the segments." This may even be an opportunity to bring in my bodyguards, aka the Dibbins Brousins, as some NPC muscle to back up my little guy.
